Worst customer service.

I ordered a birthday cake to a location in Hyderabad. First they accepted the order, allowed me to pay the money, I paid through net banking, order confirmed, they asked for delivery date, everything went smooth.

But here is the twist, got a call from the branch that they cant delivery to the location I selected and refused to deliver. Refund of amount would take 15 days. Are you people kidding.. Worst experience.

Mistake 1: You accepted the order based on the entered pin code

Mistake 2: You allowed me to pay via net banking.

Mistake 3: You are not ready to deliver the cake to the given location.

Mistake 4: You want 15 days to refund my amount.

For a brand like country Owen, I didnt expect such poor customer experience. The person who spoke to me on phone was so careless in response. With this type of service and in this competitive world, I dont know how you people are surviving in this market.

Warnning - Please Don't go for Custom birthday Cake Worst finish and worst making (Please refer to pictures we wanted and what they made) I don’t even want to give this place one star, but I don’t have the option to write a review. We ordered a birthday cake for my daughter’s first birthday. When we inquired about our requirements and showed them an example cake, we clearly explained what we wanted. The staff members taking custom cake orders assured us that they could make it look 95% like the picture we provided. However, the final product didn’t resemble the example at all—maybe not even 10%.
