Balaji Santosh Family Dhaba — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I regret my decision to have dinner from this place after an experience for our whole family.

This happened on 19/10/23, we were late for our dinner after a long day. Finally found this Dhaba to have dinner.

We ordered a few items and started enjoying it. After a few bites my brother found something suspicious in the Paneer Butter masala.

You won't believe what we found on our plate in a pure vegetarian hotel.

"Pieces of the tail of a rat".

Whoever wants to visit this hotel for a nice vegetarian meal should know that, It's no longer a vegetarian hotel.

Finally santhosh dhaba comes to Ameerpet. This is relatively a new establishment so the place looks neat , clean up high in standards.

The staff are polite and the service is pretty quick the crowd is ok, it's not like people are waiting in queue.

The food is really tasty and it's not very expressive. We ordered chilli-panner as starter it was really good the panner was well cooked, soft and tasty . The roti and Punjabi curry were also delicious. I hope they continue maintaining...

Refuses to accept card payment for Rs 215 saying they don't accept cards for payments below Rs. 300. They define it as their own policy. Talks rudely to the customers. Luckily I had cash........ Never going to this place again....... Making complaint to consumer forum as well........

Looking at the positive reviews for this place...... I don't believe regular customers use these kind of Camera angles and number of pictures for posting reviews for any place....... doesn't seem...
