My dining experience was unfortunately marred by subpar service, despite the delicious food. The flavors of the dishes were truly awesome, a testament to the chef's skill. However, the service and responsiveness from the staff were quite disappointing. The manager and the service team seemed to lack sufficient knowledge about the menu and proper serving etiquette. This resulted in excessive wait times and a disorganized approach to fulfilling my order. Specifically, I requested alu paratha and pulka with butter. I explicitly asked the server to bring one item after completing the other, to ensure each remained hot and fresh. My request was disregarded, and all items were brought to the table simultaneously. This led to the food cooling down prematurely, diminishing the enjoyment of the meal. When I addressed this issue with the manager, the response was unsatisfactory. I was informed that the items could not be returned to the kitchen, leaving me with cold food. This rigid policy, coupled with the server's inattentiveness, significantly impacted my overall dining experience. The lack of flexibility and understanding from the management and staff was particularly frustrating. While the taste of the food itself was excellent, the poor service and lack of accommodation for my simple request overshadowed the positive aspects of the meal. I hope the restaurant will address these service shortcomings to provide a more enjoyable experience for future diners. The potential for a truly great dining experience is present, but hindered by the current service...
Read moreI checked into the Hotel at 10:30pm, and called the restaurant at 10:38 to order food (asked biryani) which was humbly denied by the staff over phone, I asked if they can give me anything which was refused again saying that the restaurant is closed. I tried to order online from other restaurants but the delivery time was too much due to ongoing rain. I walked downstairs and was surprised to see that the restaurant was still open at 10:50 and people were getting food served right in front of my eyes. I asked then if I can sit and have some food, again they told (this time disrespectfully) the restaurant is closed and I can have Ice cream in dinner. I stepped out in the rain to find something nearby, and came back after 30 mins with packed food, STILL TO FIND THAT THE WAITER IS SERVING FOOD TO THE ROOM. FELT ANNOYED, IRRITATED AND ANGERED ON THE SERVICE OFFERED TO ME BEING A GUEST. I requested for a spoon, for which I was given 2 wooden spoons as I would have taken their steel spoons with me to my home. I strictly don't recommend to eat at this place as they have most disrespectful, unfriendly, rude &...
Read moreThe restaurant prioritizes hotel guests over walk-in customers, often making others wait despite empty tables. Service is rushed, with waiters asking for dessert orders before starters and discouraging certain dishes due to long preparation times. Their attitude is unprofessional and sometimes rude. The food is average at best, not worth the price, and lacks consistency in portion sizes—once, the same dish ordered twice had different quantities. A chicken dish even had clotted blood, raising concerns about hygiene. Parking is another issue, as security doesn’t allow restaurant visitors to park in the hotel premises. While food quality and quantity might be overlooked, the staff’s behavior makes the overall experience...
