SHREE TATVA PURE VEGETARIAN RESTAURANT AND — Restaurant in Hyderabad

As we here from many people about this restaurent I wanted to visit with my wife and daughter once. But I ever expected it will turn worst experiance for me. After reaching the restaurent we had a decent welcome from reception and placed in good table and eagerly waiting to eat delicious food. So far we are good Problem started- •First 15 min after seated in alloted table no one came to clean the table we struggled with one year daughter to handel her not to touch used items on the table •from reception lady see our struggle and she volunteered to clean the table though it is not her job. • No one came for 40 min to take order • Though we want to leave the restaurent it turned 10 pm and we have no option left to find some other veg restaurent at thet time. • But honestly food is good, we have to serve due to shortage of staff. •My neighbour table family waiting for finger bowl and they find one kettle there so they came served themselfs and make there own fingers bowl.. • We were requested extra Rytha due to spicy in the food, but there kitchen is closed. But some how they provided at last.

I am not angry on the staff due to as they are getting bad scoldings from every table due to worst service so I controlled my anger and completed our dinner successfully and reached...

Went here on 13th july and it was not a good experience. We wanted to try out a new Veg restaurant and went here.

The ambience looked ok. Service was normal as in any other restaurant. The food was terrible. We ordered manchow soup which was very spicy, lacking any flavour.

Next we ordered a Schezwan Panner and it came out Sweet!! We had to get it replaced and this time the taste was not good. It was bland with just looking nice but no taste at all and the paneer lacking freshness. We had to leave most of it. Then comes Gutti Vankaya pulao, which according to the management is their signature dish and I wish it could've been better, but it was merely veg fried rice served along with Brinjal curry separately which we did not expect. Again, the taste was not up to the mark, given the cost of it and was just ok. When they served the bill, there was no saunf as it would be at any other restaurant. I almost had my gut spoiled because of the paneer. If this service continues, I would never visit; unless they change their management/have a good chef.
