Went to this restaurant for lunch this Sunday Total 5 members Ambience is nice Staff were polite Kids definitely will enjoy the different animals sculptures on walls
I didn’t liked the following points We ordered Rambo Biryani. Not at all tasty We also ordered Chicken curry – pathetic The most funny part is, We ordered water bottle but they didn’t give any glass to drink. Upon our request, they gave 4 glasses. But we are 5 Food was served very fast – they gave plates but not enough spoons? Upon our request, they supplied spoons and forks I ordered 2 cups of fruit salad with ice cream but they forgot to bring the 2nd order. But the most irritating part here is – they didn’t give any spoon or fork to eat the fruit salad with icecream . The ultimate thing is, immediately after we paid the bill, the manager requested us to leave as he wants to allot the table to some other people Conclusion: Don’t go on Sundays. If you want to go to this restaurant, take your spoons, Glasses ….along with you Don’t take elderly people to any of the restaurant in this building . we waited half an hour to use the lift. We parked our car in “-2”. The r4estaurant is...

Honestly, the Jungle/Dino theme at Mayuka is fantastic and totally what pulled us in, but that’s pretty much the only nice thing I can say. The whole experience was a massive letdown.Right away, the place felt... neglected. The management clearly hasn't put any effort into basic upkeep, which totally ruins the immersive theme. Compounding that was the non-existent atmosphere, mostly because the AC was struggling or maybe it was just fully broken making the whole room stuffy and uncomfortable. And the food? It was just plain sad. We were hoping for something fun and flavorful to match the theme, but everything tasted bland and uninspiring. Seriously, it felt like the kitchen was trying to use as few spices as possible. To top it all off, the service was frustratingly poor. The staff were inattentive, constantly seeming to ignore the tables, and trying to get a simple order placed felt like a huge mission. Coupled with a brutal waiting time for food that wasn't even worth it, the whole visit was exhausting.
The Verdict: Great idea, terrible execution. Save your time and money; this spot needs a serious overhaul before it’s worth...
Read moreI visited this restaurant with my family of four and, unfortunately, the overall experience was very pathetic .
We ordered one starter, roti, and curry. After waiting for 25–30 minutes, only the starter arrived, and it was just placed on the table without any plates, spoons, or even a water bottle. The food sat there for 10-15 minutes while we repeatedly tried to call the staff, but no one responded. We had to literally yell at one of the staff to make us heard, even my brother went to the reception to complain, after that a server came in a rush, gave us plates, and served the starter — but still forgot spoons and forks. Even after reminding them again, it took another 5–10 minutes, by which time the food had turned cold.
Later, the rotis and curry arrived, which we had to serve ourselves. For something as basic as salad and finger bowls, we had to remind them multiple times, no one was coordinating.
The food itself was just average, but the service was extremely poor and careless. No one seemed responsible, attentive, or willing to manage the customers properly. Overall, the service completely ruined what should have been a pleasant...
