Flechazo Kukatpally — Restaurant in Hyderabad

This is one of my WORST PATHETIC buffet experien in my life. It just SPOILED my BIRTHDAY celebration with my family.

I chose this place after watching the zomato feedback . I neglected the negative comments which I repent now. . I went with my family for my birthday celebrating lunch at this restaurant on 5 March

Firstly, the SERVICE QUALITY is extremely poor. Even after multiple reminders they could not provide plates and each time had to request for starters fill. They were kind of puzzled who is serving in which table. We have to remind them to serve all the starters they have mentioned. They were just repeatedly serving corns when asked for refill. I asked for some drinks menu. One guy gave a drink menu and when I ordered them another guy saying no items are are available apart from soft drink and lemon juice. May be some new guy gave you the menu. The prawns in the starter they did not serve for 1 hr after eating worst chicken and mutton starters. When asked they said it's on the way.. Not sure if it was on the way to the hotel or table. After that in the end they just got the tiny prawns roasted to ruber. Not sure if they are dry prawn.

Next the food quality, PATHETIC TASTE OF food. Not a single starters were good veg Or non veg. All were below poor.Main course half the items were not available or Cold. The taste were pathetc. Usually in buffet starters are good and. Main course atleast few items are good. How come non of the items are good.

Lastly after lota of frustation and arguments,they gave the BILL with more than the required no. Of people and changed lastly. They charge 1k per person for this quality and service of food.

I have been with almost all the buffet place in hyderabad. I wanted to take anew experience with this restaurant. It turned out to be the WORST experience in my life and completely spoiled my mood and Birthday ceremony.

Guys please be abstain from visiting this restaurant if you love some quality food and good service. Better to visit other restaurant available in the PNR...

No matter what they say, a buffet meal with a large group has a charm of its own. For one thing, you can try out several dishes and indulge in a really long lunch/dinner. Too much of the same thing can surely drive a person crazy, hence one ought to be spoilt for choices to eat from, if not regularly, at least a few times once in a while.

Buffet and concept dining restaurant brand, Flechazo has unveiled its 4th outlet in Hyderabad at PNR Empire near to Kukatpally area. The menu at the concept-dining buffet restaurant covers two different cuisines – Mediterranean and Asian – and brings together the finesse of fine dining and the friendly service of a casual one.

It can easily be considered as one of the largest buffets being served in town with more than 10 delicacies available at their live counters be it Dimsums, Sushi rolls, Roast chicken or pasta, 14 Veg & Non-vegetarian starters being served on the tables and 20 varieties of main-course offerings, along with an elaborate salad bar, over 10 dessert options including nine varieties of ice creams & fresh-cut fruits. All things considered, if one is hoping to zest up their eating experience, instead of a regular breakfast, lunch, or dinner, one should go for a buffet.

We’ve visited several Flechazo branches before, and our experiences were always decent — spacious seating, good ambiance, and plenty of food options to choose from. So, when we decided to try the KPHB branch, we had similar expectations. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had.

The restaurant is quite small compared to other branches. The buffet spread was extremely limited — hardly around 15 items in total, which is far less than what Flechazo is known for. To make things worse, most of the vegetarian dishes were empty, and no one seemed to be refilling them even after several reminders. They didn’t even have basic items like salads, which was really surprising for a restaurant that charges ₹1000 per person.

The food quality was below average — nothing tasted fresh or flavorful. For the price we paid, the experience was nowhere close to being satisfactory. It genuinely felt like a complete waste of time and money.

The only positive part of the visit was the staff — they were polite, attentive, and did their best despite the poor food and limited options. However, good service alone cannot make up for such a disappointing spread.

Overall, this visit to Flechazo KPHB was far below expectations. We’ve always liked Flechazo for its variety and taste, but this branch clearly doesn’t live up to the brand’s standards. Sadly, we won’t be visiting again or recommending...
