Heylo, Ironhill brewery is the 1st brewery in Kukatpally and my gawd! It has got a super cool ambience with plenty of seating . It has indoor and outdoor seating . The indoor seating is a complete vibe , it has a huge 2 sided bar counter in the centre with seating around it . The kind of seating which includes couches, chairs , tables , high chairs , semi round sofas are extremely trendy and goes perfect with the ambience . Visit this place if you are someone looking to make your soul happy . Coming to food, here are the items that’s I tried . . Salads : •Nutty nacho salad : I am not a salad person , Howe much ever nutritious that is , but oh my! This salad has my heart . Very crunchy , tasty with in-house made sauces and with nutritious ingredients. Just go for it . Must try * •fried chicken and musclan salad: must try * chicken slices coated with crunchy marinade and deep fried , mixed with scrumptious lettuce and veggies .just go for it . . Veg starter: •Mushroom Ontario : must try * mushroom sautéed and cooked in white sauce with in house made herbs . Served with buttered bread . Outstanding dish , go for it . •onion rings : best one to just munch on , but with a great flavour . Very crispy and perfectly cooked rings . Ahhh! Those slightly crunchy caramelised onion inside is to die for . •spicy potato bites : again one more amazing option for vegetarians . It tasted so damn flavourful. Must try * •Broccoli Lilly pops : broccoli marinated in tandoori batter and barbecued , so good and tasted more like chicken hahah , I mean it was that good . So even the NV’s can try . . Non veg starters: •Koli chips : very thin sliced chicken coated in spicy batter . Tasted good . •mutton shikampuri : must try * minced mutton made into small patties and roasted slightly . Omg! This just melts in the mouth. So so good . Just go for it . *chilly coronder fish : again one more best dish , this is slightly on the spicier side and tasted really amazing. *peri peri chicken kebab : cooked in the process of tandoori chicken with peri peri . Tasted good . *chicken wings in chosen sauce: I had this with BBQ sauce and it tasted really yummy , the chicken wings are so perfectly cooked . So soft and flavourful. . Main course : •peri peri cottage cheese in herb rice : very flavourful rice served with big paneer pieces sautéed in sauces . This can easily fill a person and must try for vegetarians . Just go for it . •Jamaican grilled prawn in sauce and rice : One more fantastic maincourse . Give it a try . . Pizzas : both veg and non veg pizzas taste heavenly . . Desserts : •sticky dates truffle pudding : tasted really yumm ,you will like it even if you don’t eat dates . Because no where can you feel there is dates . But tasted yumm . Crispy choco bars : yummy desserts again . Very crunchy and chocolaty .just go for it . . I like it that here you can try different types of beers since they brew them all themselves . There are different flavours . Here are my suggestions , go for cider if you hate bitter tasting beers . And go for lager if you like mild beers . . Ironhill Brewery is all set to recreate the spirit of good times and cheerful memories over their fantastic range of beers and lip-smacking bites to go with. Lip-Smacking Dishes we enjoyed-😋 Mushroom Ontario: I am not really a fan of mushroom but this dish was really delicious, having mushroom chunks tossed in ground spices & cheese giving it a creamy concoction, served along with garlic bread. Bao's: Vegetarians can try out the Hot Garlic Mushroom Bao. Peri Peri Paneer Tikka: Paneer Tikka will always have a special place in my heart, and all I can say is that the Tikka at this place is simply the best!⭐️ Paneer Tikka is a popular and delicious tandoori snack where paneer cubes are marinated in a spiced yogurt-based marinade, arranged on skewers and grilled in the oven. Sambar Rice: If you are planning visit this place, you should definitely try this one, the sambar rice tasted amazing! Sambar rice also known as sambar sadam is one of the everyday foods from the tamil cuisine. It is a dish made with lentils, rice, mixed vegetables, spices & herbs. Sambar Rice is best served with papad.
Sweet Cure (Vodka Based):🍸
Beetroots offer an incredible flavour but they are also quite dominating and tend to steal the limelight in drinks. If you're after a cocktail dominated by beet then the regular beetroots work brilliantly. Dehydrated beetroot can be a powerful garnish, carrying vegetal-aroma notes without changing the taste of the cocktail.
Chicken Tikka Pizza:🍕 The Chicken Tikka Pizza is an Italian-Indian variant of pizza topped with pizza sauce, chicken tikka and bell peppers.
Corn Cheese Cigar Rolls:🧀 The Cheese Cigars had the wow factor with the gooey cheese.
How Do You End a Meal? Whatever that “little something” is, our meal doesn’t quite feel complete until we’ve had it! Panna Cotta: Panna cotta is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin and molded. The vanilla panna cotta had the perfect wobbly texture. Chocolate Mud Cake: Mud cake is a dense, moist, fudgy cake. It's like a cross between a brownie, fudge and flourless chocolate cake. It was thick, rich & chocolatey, and indeed a best finish to the elaborate meal! Ambience:🍀 The Brewpub has both outdoor and indoor seating with a well stocked up bar counter, having an ample seating to cater to 100-150 people at a time, with in-house brewing area situated right on the display which surely is an interesting part. Read more'Iron Hill Brewery' is the latest addition to the ever bustling culinary landscape of Kukatpally. The brewery is setup inside a newly constructed mall, with urban chick decor paired lush green indoor setting, overlooking the breathtaking hyderabad skyline. A brand that promises a fine dining experience with their quirky drinks, delectable food and groovy music has now opened their first brewery.
We were invited for the launch event and the review for the restaurant is as follows:
Salads: The ‘Nutty Nacho Salad’ had crunchy nachos paired with chickpeas in a salsa dressing. The ‘Fried Chicken and musclan salad’ had fresh lettuce, cherry tomatoes with crispy fried chicken breasts.
Appetisers: The crispy fried ‘Onion Rings’ was served piping hot. The ‘Spicy potato bites’ packed a punch of regional flavours that was mildly spicy. The ‘Broccoli Lollypop’ had spicy tandoori brocolli florets served on a skewer. The ‘Koli Chips’ had crunchy fried thinly sliced chicken breasts sprinkled with some hot peri peri masala. The ‘Mango Herbanero wings’ had crispy, sticky chicken wings slathered in mango nectar, garlic, sriracha sauce. The ‘Peri peri chicken kebab’ had tender and spicy chicken tikka right out of the tandoor. The ‘Mutton Shikampuri’ was absolutely melt in the mouth and is a must try. The ‘Mushroom Ontario’ had creamy cheesy white mushroom sauce served alongside freshly baked garlic bread. The artisan thin crusted pizzas like ‘BBQ chicken pizza’ and ‘Exotic veg pizza’ were fresh done and were loaded with goodness of cheese. The ‘Prawn suimai’ is a cantonese style open dumpling stuffed with prawns , finely shredded veggies and lemon grass. The ‘Veg Dimsums’ were equally delectable. The ’Slow roasted chicken Bao’ had shredded chicken tossed in a sweet chilly sauce wrapped in a soft fluffy hot bao.
Main Course: The ‘Peri Peri Cottage cheese’ had fresh paneer tossed in a hearty spicy peri peri sauce served with some fragrant herb rice. The ‘Jamaican grilled Prawns with herbed rice’ was a one pot dish that is a must order here. The ‘Grilled pork ribs’ was a little undercooked and wasn’t appealing to my palate.
Desserts: The ‘Vanilla Pannacotta’ was perfectly wobbly and divinely delicious. The ‘Tripple choice crispy bars’ had deep fried chocolate coated wafers and bars served with Fresh cream. The ‘Bees Nest’ had thin threads of vermicelli and crushed dry fruits paired with fresh cream and chocolate sauce. The ‘Joyful tummy’ had crispy fried bread soaked in a sugar syrup topped with fresh cream.
