Domino's Pizza | GHMC, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

One of the most pathetic service I have received from Domino's Pizza India! I ordered from their app on the 23rd of April. First of all the order came after 1 hr 30 mins, why do you falsely advertise 30 minutes guarantee when you can’t keep your promise? Plus to add to that they did not send me one of the items (crinkle fries) in but it was clearly reflecting on the bill. The delivery boy said that they will initiate a refund but that did not happen. Then followed a tiresome battle of calling customer care and the store but all in vain. Finally after threatening to take things to social media a lady staff called me from the nanakramguda store here in hyderabad financial district who promised to take off 300 rs from my next cod order through the app. To my surprise when I spoke to them after placing the order they totally denied their promise saying “aisa nahi hota”. And all this while the delivery guy was standing at my door step and my roommates where out hearing the commotion. I’m embarrassed, humiliated and shocked at such appalling service. Domino’s india, have you started relying on indian food delivery apps so much that you are forgetting that you have your own app and delivery service as well? Dominos Pizza Hyderabad shame on you. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST DOMINO'S STORE EVER EVER IN TERMS OF SERVICE THAT I HAVE VISITED SO FAR.

Their service is too bad that this is the only least star available. Wish I could give lesser than this.

These guys force you to make the payment twice saying the 1st transaction had some issues and money will be credited in 48 hours but that doesn't get credited for lifelong.

If you ask for the refund later, they will delay it 'n' number of times giving 'n' number of reasons as they don't want to give your money back.

The manager of the store is too smart that he behaves as if he doesn't even know anything on this refund process.

Even after calling the store guys for multiple times, they say that the money will be credited to the account in 2 days BUT THAT 2 DAYS WILL NEVER COME.

I have seen this happening to other fellow customers as well but most of them don't complain. Most of them don't even know that and they assume the money will be credited.

The feedback in Domino's site is also worst that it accepts only 9 digits of our phone number instead of 10. Who the hell in India is having 9 digits of phone number. Only these guys know about it.

I WANT EVERY CUSTOMER TO BE ALTER IN THIS STORE WHEN IT COMES TO MAKING PAYMENTS (OR) REGARDING THE REFUNDS THAT THEY WOULD SAY.

Tis is my favorite Saturday lunch place.. At least 8 out of 10 times I would prefer domino's. There is no waiting, no bookings, just get in, order and eat.. Not like other near by restaurants which says bookings are full even if you don't see people inside. The must try in this outlet is the thin crust pizza. It serves 2 comfortably. If you or your friends are vegan, no worries.. This can serve veg pizzas too no surprises there of course. I like the cleanliness of the place.. I have seen some pizza outlets which were not so clean so this seems to be a plus. The reach is not so hard for the restaurant. Simply take left from the wipro circle if you are coming from Gachibowli IIIT signals and after 250meters approx, you will see this place on your right.. Mind you of the parking space. The valet parking is not so great specially if you are driving a big SUV.. The other part which i liked over here is the natural lighting.. It has very big glass walls and they maintained it well.. However the baggers outside spoil the mood. But the security over here at least managed to get them out of sight. 7 out of 10 times i saw this place fully occupied with all the tables, but still they always managed to deliver the order on time.
