Domino’s Madhapur outlet and Swiggy really outdid themselves this time. It takes a unique kind of talent to ruin both the food and the entire ordering experience in one go. The so-called pizza that arrived looked like it had been through a survival challenge. Rubbery, lifeless, and barely resembling food. Either the kitchen staff lost all concept of quality, or they just don’t care anymore. At this point, even microwaved leftovers have more dignity than whatever was sent. Then there’s the delivery part. The address was clear, the same one used successfully by Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit without any issues. Yet somehow, Telige Srishailam the delivery guy, acted like he was dropped in an unknown country with no GPS. Calling to ask everything that was clearly mentioned in the address as if I had written the address in an ancient language. Reading an address shouldn’t require a PhD, yet this delivery guy proved otherwise. And then comes Swiggy’s legendary customer support, which might as well be an AI bot programmed to waste time. No real solutions, no accountability, just the classic script of "We will look into it" while actually doing nothing. The lack of responsibility is so impressive it almost feels intentional. Dear Domino’s, replace your staff at the Madhapur outlet. Whatever is going on there is a complete embarrassment. If anyone is looking for an experience filled with frustration, inedible food, worst delivery experience and support that responds like a broken chatbot created by first year engineering students, this is the perfect combo. Read moreI'm a domino's customer since almost 7-8 years in different location than of current one, but I never got such worst service ever than this. This store is the worst service store as the managers behave very badly with customers and are not at all customer centric. Whatever the customer may complain, although we have pictures and genuine reasons, but the manager says dominos is always correct and customer is wrong and fake. Come-on, we pay and take the service and why should we accept the wrong things happening to us? And in every service platform there are many ways of compensation when the service is worst, but this store neither accepts their fault nor provide good service. I had got nice service from other locations but this Hi-tech city store is the worst ever I experienced. I love Domino's pizza alot and I always crave for that but this worst store is ruining the hunger of the customers due their recklessness. I hope there was a way in Dominos to select our choice store for delivery, no matter of waiting but atleast we will get good pizza when we are hungry. I never suggest this store to anyone, as the quality in service is worst and no discipline in the Personnel. I truly and completely hate this store as i lost lot of money after ordering from here, Managers are non-sense here. I would like the higher management to train them properly for the discipline and for quality service. Read moreI would had rated this place in negative, if possible. Placed an order at 9:17pm and getting it right now 11:06pm. And this miracle of finally getting the order delivered happened after constantly calling all the customer care numbers starting from swiggy (where the order was placed) to store number to the all india customer care no and finally with the store manager. These people has least bit of professionalism left in them. For past 2 hours they are saying it will be delivered in 5 minuets. After talking to the delivery person we got to know he got the box very late from the store itself and hence delivered late. While the store is saying the delivery person got stuck on traffic or he doesn’t have my apartment no and what not. They don’t have professionalism but has all the excuses in the world. I am pretty sure the delivery person got the order 1 hour delayed only when enquired by me. The distance from this store to my place is 1.7kms and even if a person walks, he will reach within 30mins. Here I will consider the store operation as a whole to be flawed instead of the delivery person. No doubt they are at 2.6 rating in zomato. This store should be closed asap. Waste of money and energy for the customers. And Mr. Store manager, don’t consider it to be closed here. I shall share this feedback to whichever place possible to make the store associates understand the value of professionalism. Lying doesn’t suit a Store Manager.
