Golden Dragon — Restaurant in Hyderabad

During a casual night out, I visited a bar with friends expecting a relaxed time. After ordering drinks and appetizers, we enjoyed the evening, but the mood quickly shifted when it was time to settle the bill. I handed over my card for payment, and to my surprise, it was declined. The bartender made a point of announcing it, causing embarrassment. I checked my account, which had sufficient funds, but the issue persisted.

The staff insisted it was a problem on my end and offered no assistance or alternative solutions. As I scrambled to figure out a resolution, a long line began to form behind me, intensifying the pressure. Despite my explanations, the bartender's tone became increasingly impatient. Frustrated, I had to call my bank, only to discover there was an issue with the bar’s payment system. Meanwhile, the staff remained indifferent, leaving me feeling humiliated.

After what felt like an eternity, I paid through another method, but the experience was ruined. The lack of empathy from the staff, combined with the public embarrassment, made the entire night a disaster, souring what was meant to be an enjoyable outing...

I visited it yesterday to their Sambhar rice as I was told they make it the best. Along with the Sambhar rice I ordered a Chilli Prawns starter, water bottle and a Cassata ice cream. The total bill was 629 rupees inclusive of taxes. It is located next to the Hotel park lane inside a commercial building. The interiors are a bit dark for me but their service is very good.

Now coming to their taste firstly about their Chilli prawns; it tasted very average. The prawns are soft but tasted nothing special. Next the Sambhar rice came along with mango pickle and a small bowl of ghee. It tasted super delicious particularly when you pour ghee on top of it. The cassata ice cream...

Had been to this restaurant with my friends for a get together after a long time. The restaurant is very good and the service is very good. The waiters are very friendly and quick in understanding the needs of the customer. The food is very yummy. We had Banjara murgh kebab and it was very delicious and juicy with medium spice. Sambar rice was the best of all dishes we had. Chicken biryani was average. We had some snacks like egg burji, boiled eggs, boiled peanuts and roasted green peas.
