My recent visit to Hillstar Restaurant was an exercise in frustration. What should have been a pleasant dining experience turned into a showcase of poor customer service and unprofessional behavior.

From the moment we entered Hillstar, it was evident that the staff had little interest in their patrons. The host barely glanced up from their phone, gesturing vaguely towards a section of tables without a word. We seated ourselves at the cleanest table we could find.

After a 20-minute wait, a server finally approached our table, exuding an air of annoyance at having to take our order. Throughout the meal, getting any staff member's attention was nearly impossible. They seemed to have mastered the art of avoiding eye contact and ignoring raised hands.

When we managed to voice concerns about a dish, our server simply walked away mid-sentence. Requests to speak with a manager were met with claims that they were "too busy" or "not available," despite us spotting someone who appeared to be in charge chatting with staff in a corner.

As we prepared to leave, thoroughly disappointed, we asked about contacting the owner of Hillstar. The response? A curt "The owner doesn't handle customer complaints" before the staff member turned their back on us.

While Hillstar's food might have potential, any quality was completely overshadowed by the staff's rudeness and apparent disdain for their customers. The complete lack of accountability from management or ownership is alarming.

Hill Star Restaurant in Khairatabad has earned a reputation for serving delicious food at reasonable prices, and my recent visit fully lived up to the expectations. The ambiance is simple yet comfortable, providing a cozy dining experience. My group of three visited the restaurant for dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food served. The menu boasts a variety of dishes, but we decided to try their signature items – Mutton Biryani, Chicken Biryani, and Chicken Manchow Soup.

The biryanis, particularly, stood out for their rich flavors and generous portions. The Mutton Biryani had tender, well-cooked pieces of mutton, and the rice was infused with spices that made each bite flavorful. The Chicken Biryani was equally delightful, with succulent chicken pieces and a perfect balance of spices. One of the highlights was the option to order a "double masala" version, which added an extra kick of flavor and spice, enhancing the overall experience.

The Chicken Manchow Soup served as a great starter, offering a hearty and spicy kick that perfectly complemented the meal. The soup was well-seasoned, with just the right amount of heat and a satisfying texture. It felt like a perfect comfort food to begin the evening.

All of this came at a very reasonable price. Our total bill for three people amounted to ₹880, which we found to be excellent value for the quality and quantity of food served.
