I would do a simple review here.||The team especially the sales head Mr. Ajay Kalluri connected with us (when we contacted the property) and was very quick in not only offering rates but also helping us with the payment process. We made 50% advance for our booking.||Advantage Central Court |• Well known property as it is one of the oldest properties in the area.|• Located close to Lakdi ka Pul Metro station (less than 100 m) and on the main road, near to Telengana Police Headquarters and Telengana State Legislature and Telengana Legislative council buildings. |• Has ample parking space |• Rooms are big in size |• Have in house restaurant, coffee shop and a bar|• They also have a banquet hall|• The lobby is big and has a souvenir shop|• There is a capsule lift in the lobby.|• Check in was smooth||Our experience||We were allotted Room 123 on 1st floor. Check in process was smooth. The hotel is frequented by many government staff members (or people who have some work in government offices) and mostly sales staff members, yes there is family crowd too. Day 1 when we checked in, in the lobby in front of our room there was a empty liquor bottle kept. We had to request the housekeeping team to remove the same. This was a common feature during our entire stay the corridor area or the passage area used to be lined with liquor bottles and non vegetarian food packets (though it was mentioned in the lift and lobby areas that outside food was not allowed).||They talked about ironing board and iron in the room, which was nonexistent. The brightness in room especially at night is not adequate and can be improved. During our entire stay the air conditioning used to be switched off at night (probably to save cost). The housekeeping team provided us with torn towel on one of the days. Wi fi was nonfunctional inside the room and on complaining we were told that they would ask the IT Team to look into it, nothing happened though and the status of Wi Fi remained the same during our entire stay. One morning we (at around 6.30 a.m. )asked for bottle of water and also some sugar ( as only 2 packets were provided which was in adequate) and were informed that it will come after only by 8.00 a.m.||We decided to have our dinner in the restaurant on Day 1 and were at first being directed to have dinner buffet at Salt and Pepper their coffee shop, which we politely refused and said we wanted ala carte. We were directed to their restaurant and when we went there we were informed that the Air Conditioning was non functional. We ordered food (a mutton biryani and lemon water) and the food came in time. Taste wise this was good and with average spice level. Next day again we decided to have food in restaurant – the waiter (different than last night) was rude and wanted us to leave. The food ordered came in late and we had to remind the waiter multiple times for the same, spice levels had changed, quantity was less, we ordered steam rice and had to wait for the same for a long time (though there were just 4 tables occupied). This was not a good experience and no more meals except breakfast was taken at the hotel.||We had buffet breakfast in our room tariff, the buffet breakfast is served in the coffee shop from 7.45 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. The buffet breakfast is decent though a lot can be improved in terms of taste (especially South Indian food items). I was looking forward to good South Indian items here but was disappointed daily both in terms of taste and spice levels. Still you have many options and can survive on regular continental dishes.||The staff needs to understand that if they are looking for families as their guests, they need to improve on their behavior and also service standards need to be improved.||The property is right next to Best Western Ashoka, Hampshire Plaza Hotel, Shree Venkateshwara hotel and Hotel Abode. We had most of our meals at Sangam Dhabha (also known as Shree Santosh family Dhabha) which is a popular joint (pure vegetarian) among locals.||Would not like to opt this property for a repeat stay and would try and look for similar options near by or in...
Read moreOur Terrible Experience at This Hotel
Delayed Check-In: Our check-in time was supposed to be 1 pm. However, despite arriving in Hyderabad early and requesting an early check-in, our room was not cleaned until 2 pm and handed over to us at 3 pm. The staff was indifferent to their mismanagement, demonstrating the worst hospitality we have experienced.
Unpleasant Odors: The room had an overpowering stench of cigarettes and alcohol, poorly masked by excessive perfume. This unpleasant smell permeated the lobby and reception area as well. People were smoking openly inside the premises without any repercussions.
Infestation: Our room was infested with cockroaches, making it difficult to rest due to fear and discomfort. The bathroom was also unclean, with visible mold and poor maintenance, resulting in an extremely unhygienic experience.
Inadequate Breakfast Options: The breakfast setup was inconsiderate to vegetarians. Non-vegetarian items like chicken salami and egg omelettes were placed right next to the bread. Despite asking the staff for clarification, we felt uncomfortable and opted to skip breakfast the following day.
Safety Concerns: The environment on our floor felt unsafe. We constantly had to double-check our door locks, which significantly affected our sense of security.
Unauthorized Room Cleaning: Despite our request for no cleaning, the room service staff entered and cleaned our room while we were out, which was an invasion of our privacy.
Unattended Trash: Leftover non-vegetarian food from the neighboring room was left in our doorway. We had to step over a pile of trash just to enter our room. Even after requesting the staff to clean it, it took them two hours to...
Read moreWe had booked the hotel on Diwali for 5 nights and still they charged mercilessly for 3 hours early check in, hotel neighbour family would burst heavy firecrackers till 4 o'clock night which was just below my window and inspite of constant requests they didn't provide with a room on front side for 6 hours were there was no sound, I was with a child and had to visit Ramoji film city early 6 oclock, the night manager ruined my entire journey which I will never forget and forgive. Pros: Just LOCATION Cons: 1) Very rude, rigid and unwelcoming front desk staff. 2) There is no manual latch inside the room, once suddenly someone from cleaning service opened the door and came indside with the help of the masterkey early in the morning while we were sleeping, very frightening and unsafe. 3) Basically no difference between club room and superior room, just a fancy lucrative word to fetch more money. 4) AC regulator broken, refrigerator broken, foot massager broken, hot water kettle broken the list goes on. 5) No potter available to carry guest's lugage front desk laughing shamelessly as guest struggles on their own. 6) Bathroom extremely dirty, sink overflowing, and scanty bathroom accessories like super tiny soap and cheapest shampoo pouch. 7) Dirty linen l, super dirty fan full of dust and wall full of scratches which they try to hide by providing scanty dull lighting. 8) Insects specially cockroaches and mosquitoes are found in abundance. 9) TV available but only Telegu news channels available so learn Telegu in case you want to enjoy television. 10) Hair, tiny left overs etc of previous guests are always visible inspite of cleaning ( I am sure they...
