Hi, Too many incidents… First things first while check in- ( I was said my booking includes B’fst, unfortunately it wasn’t which I came to know when I came down for b’fst the next morning ) Dinner - I finished my dinner one of the night, paid my bill off and asked for a beverage to be served in my room, which I included in my dinner bill and paid off as well. After calling them twice it arrived at my room precisely after 1hr and 5 minutes, which unfortunately I had to turn it down as it was too late and I was already in my bed. Rooms were not clean and tidy at all when you’re paying almost 5k per night. Really sorry for mentioning all these points but too many things to ignore. Check out time was before 12 Noon.. close to my check out time I received a call in my room around 11:32AM asking from one of the reception staff, if it’s possible to leave before 12 Noon as they are sold out for the day and I totally understand their concern but honestly it sounds very very unscrupulous. Nevertheless I came down like around 11:40-45AM, to give my room key card for check-out. It was feel that they were just waiting for me to check-out. Honest to god one of the worst worst hospitality ever experienced from this property. Food were very good 👍🏻 The Janitor was very courteous and friendly. Probably the only personality I liked in the whole property. Unfortunately I’m from hospitality background and being with this industry from the past 12years though outside India but still here in our country we do treat Guest is God which I used to believe but after this stay I think the industry need to brush up while having proper trainings in terms of quality of service you provide.
