Visited today and ordered for paneer biriyani, after tasting the biriyani it is just like eating raw chilli powder and i asked the waiter that it is not able to eat bcoz of too much of spiciness(kritunga is a spicy food restaurant i know but the taste now is completely changed became worse) and the waiter brought me plain biriyani rice instead of paneer biriyani and when i asked the waiter.. "why u bring plain rice" and he replies that i told the it is spicy... Does any restaurant serves plain biriyani if any customer complains on spiciness... Moreover the waiters are so rude while dealing with customers and doesn't have any sense that how to talk with customers and i am feeling strange that this is first time i am facing this kind of taste / attitude of waiters in kothaguda kritunga... please teach your waiters that how to deal with customers and how to serve and then concentrate on the food that you are...
Read moreThis was my second visit to the restaurant. I can definitely say the service has downgraded. the quality of food is not acceptable. to write a detailed review- I ordered Nalli ghosht biryani from their menu which costs rs 650. they have reduced the mutton pieces from 3 to 2 now. One of the pieces was undercooked. when asked for the second time to amend it, they did not respond. Instead of serving their best to the customer, they argue to state their point as correct. The manager has a serious issue with communication and needs to improve his behaviour towards the customer and understand their requirements in a better way. I have paid Rs 610 + taxes for only a piece of bone and rice as they did not serve me with a properly cooked piece of mutton (which was undercooked at the first place) despite multiple requests. neither did they provide me with any compensation. highly disappointed!! Not worth a...
Read moreThe restaurant claims to serve rayalaseema food. But,there is nothing that matches near the flavour of rayalaseema food. I found that the biryani was being made spicy by adding extra red chili powder just because they want to brand it as spicy rayalaseema recipe. Nothing on the menu was available on a sunday afternoon,in supposedly good business hours. Not even a sweet to reduce the spiciness in my friend's biryani.
Service too was bad. Took ages to get the food and get the check later. The server didn't care to serve the biryani at the table. We were thrown biryani on the table after such long wait. I heard that kritunga was very good when I lived in Bangalore. But, when I visited one here, I started advising anyone who takes that name that it...
