Absolutely loved this place. I rarely write reviews but I had to give this place a big mention. Me and my husband were hungry and travelling home to Jubilee Hills late last night after shopping at the Numaish Exhibition. We saw this place, checked the reviews, and thought we’d give it a try. I’m usually very fussy about where I eat, since I’m not raised in India and have a very sensitive stomach. I rarely eat meat at restaurants because of concerns about hygiene and quality. Last night eating at Lebanese Bites made me feel I was eating back home in the UK or, visiting Dubai. Such an authentic, clean, Middle Eastern taste, with no Indian masalas at all. You can spend thousands of rupees on a meal at one of Jubilee/Banjara Hills so called top Arabian restaurants, and you won’t find food more authentic and delicious than this humble place. We had Mutton Kofta Mandi, one extra piece of Mandi Mutton to try the taste, and a plate of fries. The rice was so elegantly flavoured. The koftas reminded me of my favourite Persian kaftas, so delicately spiced. The garlic sauce was actual Toum, instead of the garlic mayo mixed with dahi that you receive in a lot of places these days. My only feedback was that as a woman, I would have liked some seating that was more private. However, honestly, that’s me just searching for one thing to critique. I was the only female in the restaurant, but all the customers were very decent, well behaved, and most interested in eating their food. There are more creeps in Jubilee Hills restaurants, I promise you. The staff here are very responsive, they know their menu well and can recommend the right thing for you, they are polite and happy people. Moronic, clueless waiters is something I often complain about in India, but...
Read moreDo not fall for those paid review on this joint. The place is small. Seats very few people. Probably O.K for youngsters to hang around. Had Haleem which was boneless and tasted good. The quantity was too little though. Took a parcel of Haleem and the quantity was even lesser. Had a falafel platter. Falafel had taste of oil dominating them. Probably very old oil used numerous times. Platter had a meagre amount of Hummus. In the take away, ordered Fish Mandi & Mutton mandi too. Fish mandi was no good. Fish pieces had no flesh at all and more of the outer batter coating with fatty substances in place of Fish. The mutton was O.k. Both mandi's quantities were way small and does not justify the prices being charged. In summary, neither taste, nor quantity nor value for money. On the contrary, pricey, little quantities and no good ambience, nor parking. Best to avoid and...
Read moreWe regularly visit this place, but lately, we hadn’t found the time — and we were really missing the food here! So we finally made time and came down, and as always, it was totally worth it.
We’ve always loved the pizza here, but this time we decided to try something new. The mutton burger was absolutely amazing — it melts in your mouth! I also tried their chicken sheen kabab today, and it’s genuinely the best I’ve ever had.
The lamb mandi was so flavorful — the meat was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of subtle spices. The haleem was beautifully light, not at all heavy, and truly delicious.
What makes this place even more special is that the owner himself cooks and serves with so much warmth and passion. You can taste the love and effort in every bite.
If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re missing out — it’s easily one of our...
