Super Townhouse Lakdikapul — Hotel in Hyderabad

The receptionist tried to take my phone and write reviews for them on Agoda app by cooking up some story. If you need a review, be upfront with the customer. Don’t act sketchy. This will only bring your reputation down. I now strongly feel most of the reviews on Agoda, OYO and Google are written by the reception.

Rooms: rooms were smelly but looked decent but the one who was showing me the room was walking inside the room with slippers after it was just cleaned. Glasses were not washed.

Service: I have called the reception 10-15 times for one water bottle. After trying for 30 minutes, I went to the reception and got the water bottle. Receptionist instead of showing the hotel QR code , showed me his own QR code to get the payment for that water bottle. Urge the owner to beware of such thefts
