One thing I must say based on my experience - They serve the best Dal Makhani.
I am north indian so love the punjabi food.I love to explore each and every place where I can get that Food irrespective of it's cost or ambience. I have been in Amritsar many times because of my love for food and I bet that is food capital of north India. I was not expecting that kind of food in Hyderabad but Norfest is doing excellent job.
The first bite I have tasted, I felt I am in Amritsar. So, this is what they serve : The excellent punjabi food.
I wanted to taste more and more things from their menu, so I ordered all three veg combos listed on it's menu. It is reasonably priced place and good thing they serve water bottle on MRP and MRP is not 50 INR as every other restaurants cheats us one examlle the Paradise, Gachibowli.
They serve in food court but the service is good. The owner is willing to listen your feedback so that he can imlrove the things - Nikhil, that is the best thing never stop that.
Ambience, SLN terminus is good place you will have food in that food court so nothing to complain.
Excellent place, I would recommend it to everyone looki for good north indian/punjabi...
Read moreI ordered a Veg Punjabi Thali from Norfest via Zomato, and waited patiently for over an hour. What I received, to my shock and deep disappointment, was a non-vegetarian meal—in the holy month of Sawan, when I strictly avoid even touching non-veg food due to my faith.
When I contacted Zomato, their only response was to offer a ₹130 refund, with no real accountability. The delivery person blamed the restaurant, and when I reached out to Norfest, they in turn blamed the delivery person. What was common across all three parties—Zomato, Norfest, and the delivery agent—was a lack of empathy and an incredibly rude and dismissive tone.
This experience wasn’t just about loss of time or money, but about a violation of faith and trust. In moments like this, it becomes clear how little respect these platforms and restaurants may have for religious sentiments.
If you value your faith and your food choices—especially during sacred times—I urge you to reconsider ordering from Zomato or Norfest. Mistakes can happen, but how they’re handled matters even more.
In the end norfest called and said that he will send the food again to compensate but I refused to it as I lost trust for...
Read moreToday i have visited SLN terminus mall branch. We ourself got the menu card from different table staff was least bothered about the customers. I found only one waiter who just keep the plates and move away he doesn't even organize it. They aren't following the Basic rule which to be placed on dine table: No salt and pepper Water glasses Tissue papers Water jug/bottle Menu card Once the order placed on table they don't even serve it, "it's kind of self service system where customer him self has to be served" said by manager. I rate on 1.5 ⭐ for food and it's not even hot by the time it reaches your table it's almost cold. (2persons approx 1200/-)
Worst thing is, after finishing the food we don't have any option to wash our hands, refused to provide finger bowl and no hand wash area inside the restaurant. We walked out of the restaurant and used mall toilet to wash our hand (it's for all the customers who visits this restaurant confirmed by manager).
I don't recommend anyone to visit this place, better go rode side food stall atleast we can have better taste.
Place doesn't look hygiene and Poor...
