The Nosh Bistro Himayathnagar — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Small and tiny cafes might be always underrated but the vibes they generate are just so refreshing. One such cafe is Nosh Bistro, located on the main road of Himayathnagar. It is a very cute, little, and cozy cafe. A great option to grab a quick bite. They are doing a great job with the taste of the food and the ambiance of the cafe. You'll surely be mesmerized by the vibe of the cafe. This tiny little place is very well designed with a proper seating area. The best part over there is the small glass cabinet, perfect for group hangouts. Coming to the menu, it is a pure veg place, with a wide variety of options from sweet to savory. Varieties come in here to surprise us with their own best! Started with cheesy fries, where the crispy fried fries are loaded with cheese sauce. If you are a cheese-freak like me, then you will definitely munch on to them. Next was their specialty dish, 'Pasta in Pasta' . This was the most innovative pasta I ever had. It comes with two sauces, one is the sauce of our choice, and the other one is their in-house special sauce. Both the sauces are presented distinctively in the same bowl. Following them came the Cheese Garlic Bread. It was one of the best I had till date. Pizza which arrives next was the simple bakery-style pizza with good flavours!! They serve their mocktails in a very innovative style. According to the quantity of the order, mocktail is served in a tub with a tap. Ended our meal on a sweet note, with chocolate fondue. Its a true heaven for all chocolate lovers. Everything was quite nice. Chilled environment, cozy interior, and good food. The staff is super friendly and attentive. A new outlet of Nosh bistro at Himayath Nagar is a small and cute one with minimal outdoor and indoor seating. It is situated in the lower ground floor and can be easily spotted while passing by the main road.This is a good one to hangout with friends with some delicious food at any time of the day.This place serves pure veg food with innovative dishes which are worth trying.The service was good and prompt.

Food:

Six shooters : This innovative way of serving mocktails in small & cute test tubes arranged in a wooden holder tray was beautiful. They looked colourful and appealing but only three out of five tasted amazing whereas the other two were basic.

French fries pizza and Mexican Nachos pizza: Yes, you read It right! We have always been hearing veggies,olives or chicken toppings but this place has new variety of pizza with French fries and nachos topping. They looked amazing ,had a perfect crispy pizza base with fantastic flavours.

Schezwan Chesee Garlic Bread : This is something very different from the basic garlic bread. It has distinctive schezwan flavours which are too good and are very light. These are a must try !

Chilli Cheese Fries: Who doesn’t love fries with some extra cheese and spice. The fries were crispy with perfect flavours, good amount of cheese and a bit spicy.

I have always noticed the Nosh bistro in Himayathnagar for ages but did not try it because it was a vegetarian restaurant. But once, I took a chance to try it and was flattered. I visited Nosh Bistro five times in two months after my first visit, and I have strongly recommended this place to my friends for Italian cuisine.

Double Sauce twistato (Rating: 5/5) - A classic twistato with two sauces

Melting cheese sandwich (Rating: 5/5) - This sandwich stands for its name. It melts in your mouth.

Six shooters (Rating: 3/5) - These are small shots of all the drinks provided here. If you want a single glass of any drink, you can order that too. Blue Lagoon is one of my favourites in this.

Other items which I tried: Red Sauce pasta (Rating: 3/5) - Red Sauce pasta was a good dish. I have had pasta which tasted better than this.

Nosh special burrito (Rating: 2/5) - Burrito was not so great. A decent dish here.

Momos platter (Rating: 1/5) - Momos was not so good. I was really disappointed...
