The Palace Cafe Restaurant — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I recently visited this restaurant and had mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the food was excellent, and the cocktails were enjoyable—clearly crafted with care. The ambiance was also pleasant, and the overall vibe was inviting.

However, my experience was overshadowed by how I was treated by the staff. As a person of color, I felt like I wasn’t given the same level of service as others around me. Despite paying the same prices as everyone else, the treatment felt discriminatory, which was deeply disappointing.

While the overall experience was decent, and the pricing—although on the higher side—felt in line with the quality of food and drinks, the lack of inclusivity makes it hard for me to wholeheartedly...

Arrived at Palace Cafe’s location on the map, walked into what looked like a reception and asked a man for the Palace cafe, he pointed out the door towards the other street saying it was there. We walked down the street and turned around to see the sign saying we had the right building at the start… Went back to ask him why he sent us away and he told us to sit downstairs in the reception to eat and gave us a menu.. Worst service ever and then stole from us. We ordered 2 pizzas: my wife had finished hers, before mine came out, 20 mins later, in a pretty much empty restaurant. Never an apology, or an explanation.
