Oh, where do I even start with Wind View Cafe? If I could give it a rating of 0, I would. Congratulations, Wind View, you've managed to achieve the pinnacle of disappointment. Bravo!

Let's talk about the charm of a cover charge, shall we? Nothing quite says "welcome" like a cafe that treats you as a potential criminal. Heaven forbid you even think about snapping a picture of their glorious toilet-front seating arrangement. But hey, who needs an extensive menu when you can pay extra for the privilege of limited choices?

And the staff! Ah, the delightful waiters who seem to have mastered the art of customer service by channeling their inner bulldogs. I must say, their impeccable ability to prioritize money over manners is truly awe-inspiring.

Now, let's talk about the ambiance – if by "ambiance" you mean a mix of bad smells and questionable cleanliness. Who needs flowers and soothing music when you can bask in the aroma of... well, I don't even want to know. And speaking of seating, isn't it just magical how they've managed to strategically place tables right next to the restroom? It's like a special VIP experience for your olfactory senses.

But wait, why am I being so harsh? After all, Wind View Cafe is clearly just misunderstood. How could we possibly comprehend the genius behind their attitude-laden approach to running a cafe? I mean, who needs repeat customers anyway? Clearly, their mission is to make sure you'll never want to grace their doors again.

So, dear Wind View Cafe, I raise my imaginary glass to you. Here's to the unforgettable experience you've given me – an experience that has left me astounded, amazed, and eagerly searching for a "0" rating. Truly, you're in a league...

DO NOT GO HERE .. VISIT CAFE TATTOO INSTEAD..

MONEY CENTRIC UNCIVILIZED PEOPLE..

ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY..

Google should give option for 0 star only for places like these .. the owner is very arrogant and uncivilized.. He behaves worse than an illiterate person..starts BADMOUTHING CUSTOMERS .. HAS NO ETIQUETTES..

They know nothing about hospitality and just want to mint free money from people.. They should know people work hard for this money which they're looting instead of providing service..

Their place is unhygienic and yet they charge 200 per person just to stand near a garbage bin .. their food is also unhygienic.. staff is arrogant..

It's better to visit cafe tattoo by giving 250/- charges and have a great experience than visit this dirty shady place..

At entrance they told to shop something and then enter their balcony.. but we paid their entrance fee as they told it was adjustable..

For an hour we were standing and no waiter was even bothered to ask us for a table.. they don't have space then why they take in people.. just to make them stand.. after waiting for an hour also we didn't find seating..so we left without eating or drinking anything.. then we thought to do some shopping for the money we spent. . Then their policy changed suddenly and said it can't be adjusted in shopping..

So we had to pay extra for the shopping we did .. what arrogant looters...

I went to this cafe on 02 Feb 2023. They charged us 100 rupees each (cover charge) as people come here for taking pics. But if you eat at this cafe then that amount is adjusted in the final bill.

Apart from the location as it’s just opposite to Hawa mahal, every other aspect of this cafe is unsatisfactory. Sitting arrangements is tight, you can’t move. We ordered cold coffee, sandwiches and orange juices. As we were eating our food waiter started cleaning and picked up our juice. When we said we haven’t completed our food he started shouting and gave us our bill. And asked us to pay for that. When we complained about him to his manager his attitude was worse then the waiter. He said and I quote “I don’t care about you, you do whatever you want to do, nothing will happen to my business”. He started pushing us to leave.

I am not sure if he understands anything about running a cafe or not but he seems to be very sure about his business and future.

After corona, I thought business realised nothing is permanent and we have to be humble but this guys still thinks that because of the location advantage he’ll continue running this business.

Overall very bad experience and shocked to see the treatment that they gave us.

I sincerely request everyone whoever is reading this comment to skip this cafe, it’s not worth it. You might spoil your journey with this kind of...

The only thing I found good about this cafe was the view. Nothing else seem good to me. All the items in the cafe are over-priced compared to it's taste. Firstly, we thought that the over-pricing is not only due to the view as it happens to be in front of Hawa Mahal but also it's taste. But after tasting it, I found it because of the view only. We had Paneer Tikka Pizza, Iced tea, Cafe mocha and Cafe frappe. The only decent thing I found was Cafe frappe. Cafe Mocha didn't had a good mix of chocolate and coffee taste in it. Iced tea lacked the tea and it was tasting more like lemonade. Paneer tikka pizza was prepared in such a hurry that the toppings were not done well. There were only few pieces of Paneer in it and that too were raw. The sauce was flowing from the pizza as well and the taste was overall not good at all. The service was not that great too. I agree since it was crowded it is difficult to manage everyone at a time but still the person should value everyone as everyone in the cafe is their customer. I was purely disappointed and the only thing I found good was the view. Overall: Food: 2/5 Service:3/5 Management: 2/5 Ambience: 3/5 I hope they take these reviews under consideration and improve their food so that people can have a good time.

Horrible! Absolute horrible. These are the only words I can use to describe my experience here. I came to this cafe for the view, but ended up being so disappointed with my overall experience here. First of all, the staff is super rude and don’t care about hospitality at all. Second, they take cover charge of Rs 100, which is okay, but people pay it for the location and view, but our experience was so pathetic and we couldn’t click any pictures too because they allowed a super big group of people with a huge dog - cane corso breed, which was constantly barking, so ofcourse we wouldn’t want to risk our life for pictures.( check attached photo) Then they said okay, you can click pictures from the spot downstairs! But guess what, the shopkeeper there told us that he could only let us take pictures if we buy something from him. And 2 mins ago, he let these people take the pictures for free, because ofcourse this space is not a part of his shop. So basically we ended up taking no pictures even after paying so much money to them. Wouldn’t suggest anyone to go here. Maybe go to tattoo cafe instead if you want to take pictures!
