Forget about the taste, we were travelling from Pune and one fine evening stepped at this place. It was around time to close the shop and we asked for Dahi bada. The owner first said it is finished, but seeing the disappointment on our face, he told us to wait and managed for 1 dahi bada. Then he further said, he had kept that one last piece for his wife, from few days his wife was behind him to bring 1 for her. But he said, that he can manage her wife for 1 day but cant disappoint us. Truly, blessed to visit Rajasthan and experience this level of love and hospitality towards unknown people. Really, Incredible state of India! Coming to taste - whatever is handmade with love will always have its unique charm, their love overflows for their guests and same you will experience...

One of the nicest shop serving delightful and tasty North Indian chat (Jodhpur style). I had Dahi Vada and Aloo Tikki here. It was very tasty. It's just that...their way of preparing and serving is different from the atypical Delhi type chaat. Nevertheless, it is a delight to have a place that serve so many items and continue to serve its clientele with great taste, maintaining the quality at the same time. The gentleman in the pic (Pankaj Arora) is the proud owner and adores his moustache. He is humble and speaks about the quality of raw material..they use.
