Street Food Suman Vilas Namkeen and Sweets — Restaurant in Jodhpur

We went there as it was a very well rated restaurant and wanted to get street food. Beforehand we never got street food as we were worried of hygiene. Because of the food reviews we thought we gave it a try.

We went and were surprised by Shyam who just let us try everything. In the end we were full (3 people) and paid just 120 rupees together. The food was delicious and as Shyam comes from a office job he figures out how to run a shop but knows that hygiene is important. He also gave us recommendations where to go and even helped with the planning. The restaurant recommendations he gave were excellent and local places 😄

We kept in touch and on the next day he even came to our hostel to hang around and give more tips for udaipur.

I am very grateful to have met Shyam and wish him all the best hoping that his business will grow as it is currently next to a very busy street!

One recommendation for people who eat there: The food was awesome and super delicious. Still on an empty stomach don’t eat to many fatty spicy things 😉 Try the halva as well as the different things...

some days before i was search a sweet shop for bought some sweet n namkeen for my school students tour party ....n finally i was saw suman sweet shop at barlo ka chowk....i was place my order for some mawa kachori n imrati and samosa n mirchi wada n i got very very testy n delicious food i like n my students like very much....AND Mr. ganshyam ji is very helpful n very hard worker for his work do perfect ..i think it shop food is best street food in this area of jodhpur...
