Costa coffee — Restaurant in Karnataka

I ordered a chilli chicken toastie and it was horrible! At gate D7 costa location. And when i addressed it to the staff they seemed to be least bothered about it. We ordered 2 hot chocolates and both were really plain and just tasted like milk and weren't giving the usual warmth and cozy feeling given by a hot chocolate on a cold winter evening.
