Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in Karnataka

I was on a transit flight recently with Collin my friend from Terminal 2 at Bangolore to Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia . Before boarding we were looking for a place to have a cup of coffee and cakes before flying . We saw this place near the boarding area. It looked presentable with 2 young cheerful, smiling ladies manning it . We ordered our drinks , a red velvet cake and some snacks . While we were enjoying the freshness of our cake, snacks and drinks at a cosy corner, we were curious to know what was the name of this little outlet at the airport as until then we didn't care as long as we had our drinks and snacks . Only then we realised , we were in fact at Coffee Beans & Tea Leaf . Good choice with good drinks , good snacks and cosy atmosphere and ambience. It was made even better with those two young ladies namely Sabari and Naobi serving us with great hospitality and promptly despite being busy with other customers at the counter . Though we may not pass by this little Coffee Beans again, we will never forget the friendly courteous girls and their excellent services towards both of us . This coffee place made our day. The most warm welcoming staff ever I have seen. We are a parent of 2 year old, our child was crying for milk and we went there and asked for warm milk. They immediately agreed and they cleaned our current bottle thrice and made warm milk and gave it to me and they refused to take cash, although I very much insisted they didn’t accept the cash stating that it was for the baby and they would t accept the money. There were 2 girls (I didn’t get their names), which I regretted not getting their names. It’s these small gesture that goes a long way in customer service. After checking our bags in, we came back and had coffee at the same place and they were quite good. We asked for a second refill for the milk and they readily agreed for it and this time I very much insisted on paying and gain they graciously refused. We were very touched by this gesture by those two women and would definitely visit the place next time. We need more people like them. Keep up...

Upon arriving at the airport, I experienced a sudden drop in sugar levels and urgently needed to eat something. Spotting The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, I thought a sandwich and coffee would do the trick, but I was disappointed by the limited variety available, which I understand is typical for airport cafes. Despite this, I felt they could have expanded their options a bit.

The coffee was enjoyable, and the butter croissant, though just okay, tasted fresh. It was sufficient to manage my immediate hunger.
