A fancy place and a fancy name is not enough. The core does not change we want good food and good service. There were hardly any people in restaurant yet in 30 min I did not get more food.

My drink was not as per menu total short cut. Reason given. We don't have fresh pineapple due to bad rains. Yes! problems can come but tell me before deciding on your own that you can just mix juice and soda and give.

You cancel the drink but get charged for it and I paid for I was in a rush and noticed it only as an sms on my phone for bill was not given to me. I trusted the team to cancel it but no. As per me they did it on purpose. Probably its a part of their SOP and it will show up so they wanted to hide it. They did return me some cash for it when I highlighted.

But the whole attitude in the resturant was really sad. All the people were moving slowly, talking and laughing amoung themselves, with very less consideration that people can have flight. Food wise I ordered some veg bean burger which was really bad. Really Hard Rock Cafe... This is what you want us...

I was in this restaurant today before my flight and ate the standard burger. I always thought that the same standard is the same in this restaurant chain all over the world. Since today I know that's not right. The food took a very long time for an airport restaurant, it's not good if you want something quick to eat before the flight, even other Hard Rock Cafes are quicker. But the worst thing was the food, you weren't even asked how you wanted the meat cooked, maybe my mistake because I didn't specify it when ordering, so you get meat that is so hard you can hardly bite into it. The breaded onion ring was in the hot oil about three times longer than it should have been. Now we come to the best part, the bacon looked like burnt cardboard and tasted like it too. If that's not enough and you finally want to pay and look around for a waiter (there are plenty of them), they don't look at the customers in between, you have to shout across the restaurant for someone to come for the bill. My conclusion is that I will not visit this...
