Johnny Rockets — Restaurant in Karnataka

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star but unfortunately have to in order to submit this review. As a foreigner, I was extremely shocked at this place. Absolutely tasteless, stale, bland, burnt food and overpriced for India. Firstly the tall guy at counter working on 23rd December 2024 had no clue what he was doing and doesn't speak a sentence of proper English. Entering the order on the system took about 10 mins for him. We had to repeat the order multiple times to him. He had no idea that the chicken tenders came with options for dipping sauce and seemed confused at "ranch sauce". We weren't told whether the order should be collected by us or if it will be delivered to the table. We were just given a receipt. Next, I had to get up and ask the guy multiple times what was happening with my order. He spoke in some other language, not English. Then eventually he came walking up to us with our order but missed my drink. I had to ask him again. A few minutes later, there was no sign of my drink, so I had to get up and go up to him and watch him until he gave me my drink. The chicken tenders were overcooked and burnt. The masala fries were burnt and stale. Both had absolutely no taste whatsoever. Only people who don't know the real taste of American fast food would like this place. Anyone else who has tried different options would know this place is the worst compared to anything else. I've attached some pictures so others don't make the same mistake. I recently visited Johnny Rockets and ordered Masala Fries and a Rocket Burger. Unfortunately, the experience was quite underwhelming.

The Masala Fries were just average—no salt, just some masala sprinkled on top, which didn’t do much for the taste. The presentation was poor, making them look unappetizing.

The Rocket Burger was freshly made, which was a plus, but again, it had no taste or flavor—completely bland and lacking even basic seasoning like salt. For a place known for burgers, this was really disappointing.

The only saving grace was the ambience, which was nice and had a good vibe. But for ₹800, I expected much better quality and taste. Definitely not worth the price. Wouldn’t recommend it unless they improve...
