This has to be the most “Farzi” cafe I’ve come across. We ordered a Shakshuka, but it’s barely a three-egg omelette, as the main ingredient of a Shakshuka - the tomato sauce, was missing. Not to mention that the quantity was so less for the price charged. As for the Darjeeling tea, you don’t really expect them to hand you a small cup of milk with a tea packet for ₹300 (but they gave one extra packet! Oh wow! \s)
Now, coming to the basic problems: they keep a bottle of paid water on the table (which is fine), but can’t bring salt & pepper shakers? There was no tissue box either. Just a single tissue for a single person. Not to mention, no knife was provided either.
Lastly, one would think there’s no need to mention that this is at an airport, where people have flights to catch. Read moreAs usual, Farzi cafe knocked it out of the park. Was surprised to find a Farzi Cafe in Kempegowda International T2. Made a beeline for it, knowing its standards. Was not disappointed at all. The chicken salad was delicious and the plating was incredible. I loved that their menu features the number of calories in each dish. Helps you make healthier choices, if you're so inclined. And the hot chocolate just hit the spot. Karthik's service was also great. He was pleasant, prompt and knew his stuff. Would always recommend this place and would continue to haunt Farzi Cafe no matter where it's situated; especially if it's in an airport. No pictures to post unfortunately, as I was too engrossed...
