HORRIBLE FOOD & SCAM YOU - STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE APPLE PAY AS IT DOES NOT WORK.

They claim they accept APPLE PAY but their 'EFTPOS' (some budget brand) machines do not accept Apple Pay and require a physical card insert or swipe - I was left without being able to pay with the waiter getting pissed off and rude AT ME. Luckily a gentleman offered to pay for me with his card, as his Apple Pay was also declined. They tried to blame me, when my Apple Pay had worked in every other store in the airport (i.e. Starbucks). Their machines are FAULTY and deceptive to foreigners. I don't know what would have happened if I couldn't have someone pay for me - potentially gotten arrested at the airport for not being able to pay. They should know that in most countries people don't carry cards around anymore - we all use our phones to pay. The single male staff getting rude and unprofessional at myself despite it being a fault of their machines was the tipping point. The other staff were lovely except this ONE individual who seemed to be the manager.

Not to mention the food is horrible - the crust of the pizza is okay but the vegetables on top are off, soggy, and boiled to the point of being so watery. This is not how you cook vegetables on a pizza - you are supposed to woodier them with the base. Food was poor but service from that one male waiter who seemed to be the manager was awful. They also ignored me while I was trying to pay -...

Today, we decided to have lunch at this restaurant in Bengaluru International Airport and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. The staff's response to our inquiries was disappointing, and we found the service to be unnaturally slow, which only added to our frustration.

One particular moment that left us baffled was when we ordered a Zero Sugar Coke in a 350 ml can. We were surprised to see that the printed Maximum Retail Price (MRP) on the can was ₹100, while the actual market price typically ranges between ₹45 to ₹50. When we received the bill, we were taken aback to find that the total for the Coke was ₹209.50 (just for one can). This blatant overcharging caught us off guard, and I felt compelled to address it with the staff. I explained to them that charging more than the MRP is unacceptable. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing, and we left feeling...

My brother and I dined here before boarding our flight at 5:55 AM. The service and ambience, without a doubt, was phenomenal. The menu was slightly overpriced, justifiable nonetheless, considering it is located at the airport. They didn't have any of their salads ready to be made and served. That was a disappointment. Apart from that, we ordered one of their tomato & olive garlic bread as sides and a 11 inch pizza, half of which was the chicken pepperoni and the other half being pesto chicken. The garlic bread wasn't unlike any other garlic bread but the addition of some oregano made it taste better. The pizza was light and airy. Compliments to the chef for the amazing crust. The flavours were pretty good, not the best. In a nutshell, it is worth dining once. Experiences of customers turning out to be good or bad is variable and depends on the customer's taste...

When we traveled to Singapore, we stopped by this restaurant at the Bangalore airport. This was my first visit to a Jamie Oliver pizzeria. We placed an order for pizza and garlic bread. Both were too bad. The pizza was so thin and sloppy that nothing remained on it, and it resembled a lump of dough to be eaten with a fork and spoon. Prices were slightly higher, as expected given that the outlet was in the airport. The 11-inch pizza was larger for one person and smaller for two. Very slow service. This was the worst pizza I have ever had. We had to ask about the order several times before it was served.
