Wolfgang Puck — Restaurant in Karnataka

Most disappointing food, service and atmosphere. I asked for Spaghetti first which cost Rs729 the person who took the order went to record the order in meantime he came back to me told it would take 25mins to make the dish, I was like ok and was there something that he could get faster he told wraps would be faster and I ordered it which was Rs629. When he went to place my order another waiter called NAMAN asked him why did you change the order since Spaghetti costs more instead thn wraps, so the guy who took the order came back to me and told he will get the Spaghetti done in 5-10mins I was OK with that. I got the Spaghetti in 10mins and it was so spicy I had to force myself to eat it as they were not ready change it.

In other instance I asked NAMAN to get me a glass of water after waiting for 10mins I was looking at his face when he said he will get it in a min. While all these when I was waiting for water he kept on billing other guests which is absurd on his part. NAMAN are you here to serve guests or just make to bills and make guests wait for water or other basics things or are you getting any bonuses to get these many bills per day.

This was the worst experience of all time at the airport. These people are there just to make money and grow business. You don't dare to do customer service because you don't learn how to give...

Please do not even consider dining at this restaurant at T2 International Departure. I entered the restaurant and took a table on my own. No one even cared to come and get me a menu despite me been at the table for 10 mins. Then finally I called for a staff to get me the menu. I ordered for a Avocado Sandwich, which after 5 minutes of ordering I was told same Was not available. Then I ordered for a Falafel Burger. I waited for nearly 40+ minutes. After 40 minutes when I enquired the staff told me they need another 5 to 10 minutes. Horrible service. I cancelled the order ofcourse. I think the chefs and staff at this restaurant forget that this restaurant is located in an airport where quick service and attention is of utmost importance. What's the point in charging the customers a premium whereas the service is so terrible. Please avoid and you can check the number of poor google reviews this restaurant has received already both for their terrible service and pathetic food. The restaurant is run by a bunch of inexperienced clowns and the whole show is nothing short of a circus. It's a shame considering Wolfgang Puck is a Michelin starred restaurant...

Worst experience ever! Waited 21 minutes for a Fanta orange to drink - waited 43 minutes for a lamb burger and fries last night in Bangalore airport. Worst service and while In was waiting I witnessed 17 people get up and leave as no one served them after seating themselves. I also counted 7 patrons leave from the front desk as non one was there to welcome and seat them. A German pair of friends sat I front of me (18 minutes after I ordered my burger and was told by the waiter who I had to signal to 3 times to please take my Oder and was told it would take 20 minutes). They ordered a bear each and a pizza. One beer arrived 10 minutes and they asked 3 different waiters for the second beer which never came with the first request). One pizza came enforce the beer (and before my burger) and then after them asking what I presumed was the manager (he had a dark waist coat on but could not have been older than 20 years old) where their beer was - 3 beers arrived at their table… either way they had their melas and beers and left before I received my burger … the burger was very fatty and the bun was very dry and stale.
