Down Town Fast Food Mysore — Restaurant in Karnataka

Heard a lot about this place from friends about downtown having the best burgers in town, searched for the place for almost a year since they had relocated it some place else. I'd found it and was super excited to go try the infamous burgers only to experience horrible customer service from the couple who run the place. There was an issue with the payment. We'd paid twice and when we requested them to check, they asked us to get a statement from the bank showing that the payment had been sent twice. When we tried to show them from the bank app, they asked us to get a copy of our passbook from the bank. We tried calling them but he ended up ignoring our calls. When we went there to talk to them in person to show the passbook, they said it didn't show to whom it's been paid. And that they cannot do anything about it. After unnecessary arguments, she ended up slamming the money on the counter and asked us to leave....

Absolutely Overrated !!!! Stop this hype I don’t understand why there are so many 5 and 4 star ratings for this place when the food is terrible , I feel these are paid ratings or owner frens I was in a trip to Mysore and based on the rating I visited this place and completely disappointed

Veg Burgers - Nothing but Sweet Bun , lots of mayonnaise ( with extra price ) 0% spicy and just a patty .

Veg Pizzas - It’s another disaster , we tried veg pizza priced 290 where toppings are missing , this is actually fun . I guess they have used half small onion , 1/4 of small capsicum and 2 mushrooms and little amt of cheese , ready made crust . Insane price with horrible taste

Potato Wafers - It’s nothing but your potato salted chips 😆which you will get in all local bakeries

Pls avoid going to this place and don’t waste your hard...

Downtown is the best burger joint in Mysore. This place stands out of all the other burger joints in town due to their homemade and tasty mayonnaise. This outlet is run by a sweet couple. The hospitality is very good. Needless to say the burgers are everyone's favorite. From veg burgers to non veg burgers, the taste is unmatched ( at least in Mysore). Chicken mayonnaise burger is my all-time favorite here. If you're too hungry you can try the bionic burgers. The place also offers pizza along with the classy burgers. I would vote for burgers than pizzas at this place. Though this is a small outlet it has 4-5 tables for dine in. The place is currently not open for dine in due to CoVid. The place offers only takeaway as of now. The place attracts a lot of youths and you can expect a delay of 15-30 minutes on a...
