am unable to find reply option over here , so there is no other option left with me rather replying in this way , of course it's my minimum courtesy to respond as well , ok coming to reply please take back the statement of 3,4 times ...kindly cross check with the serving person if you don't have any objection at all and if time permits u might be having footage go through it....am only the person at that time and am the first person no one else there and of course many were coming and going take away ....by manging take away people u might have glanced the serving person coming near to me but he served not rice all the time ....am not familiar with dishes name if am not wrong that could be " thoran " which he served 3times am from Bangalore for 1 month visit so i have searched for " madi food " means sanctity so i came here ...so i thought without worries 1 month can mange madi ( core Brahmin process ) food..... but the encounter was un forgettable...

MY REPLY HERE because people should not fall in misconception with your statement that i have really eaten that much still expected more than that , absolutely not the case ...

Any ways your motto not to increase the price and u put bar for quantity better mention plate meals and serve accordingly like u people doing for paking some measured bowl and directly serve with it , that's it no situation arise like this ...

as you asked me to read the rest of reviews...of course i red and i have no where complainted with taste or rest of it right ...i have clearly said the behaviour especially ...as thrown ur attitude at me in spur of a moment I said sorry and I have pronounced first time am coming here i have no clue regarding this still u glared at me like am running away with your property and last i have enquired meals price then also u said in a disgusting way 65 ...... don't worry all days r not same as u expect one fine day u will miffed by some one then u ll get to know what is...

I must say, I am impressed by the way the restaurant has responded to the negative reviews.

I was reading through many of them. Everywhere I could see one thing in common, and that is a rare commodity in today's world - accepting the critics with grace. Yes, sir - We were short of staff, etc. - All those explanations, etc. for me shows the genuinity in service. That's all what matters and trust me, you being like this will help you lead a content life, if not a luxurious one. Keep doing the good job. Humility is a rare commodity, maintain it and pass it on to your next generation as well. May God bless your venture.

Well, I was looking for a nice veg restaurant in Trivandrum after our very old Venkadesa Bhavan, which has now unfortunately lost its old texture in Pongal and other dishes. Will dine in at your place, some day. Hope, I won't leave disappointed. Will come back and EDIT THIS REVIEW THAT...

The restaurant is situated at a quiet street near Sreevaraham temple. As we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the host. We actually went there to try their dosha varieties, but ended up having a meal as doshas were available after 4:30 in the evening. The meal was served in a steel plate with rice, cabbage toran, avial, papadam, curd and kondattam, and an option to choose between parippu and sambar. I really enjoyed the meal. The rice was light, and the sambar was delicious. They also served koottu curry and theeyal. We ended our meal with mor. The food is unlimited for a price of Rs 80. We also enjoyed parippu vadas and unni appams for Rs 10 each. Overall, I really enjoyed being there and I look forward to trying...
