Title: Extremely Disappointing Evening with Chicking

My recent experience with Chicking on the evening of 22-Dec-2023 was nothing short of a culinary nightmare. Despite placing an order at 7:32 PM, the final order reached us a staggering 2.5 hours later, at 10 PM. This extensive delay alone would have been disheartening, but it was only the tip of the iceberg.

The initial order included a burger and 2 combos, for which I had prepaid 750 INR. However, upon delivery, only one combo and one burger had made their way to our table. Contacting the Chicking store, we received an apology for their mistake and an unexpected solution – placing a new order for something small to expedite the previous incomplete order. Following their advice, we ordered veg nuggets at an additional cost of 180 INR.

Despite our efforts to emphasize the urgency of the situation and having ordered the suggested item, we were left waiting for an additional 2 hours. When the delivery finally arrived, it was yet another disappointment. Only the veg nuggets were included, while the remainder of the initial order remained elusive.

Adding insult to injury, when we reached out to Chicking for clarification and assistance, the customer service was shockingly rude. This entire experience has left me not only with an empty stomach but also with a sour taste in my mouth regarding Chicking's reliability and customer service.

In summary, the prolonged wait, incomplete order, and unsatisfactory customer service make this particular Chicking experience one to be avoided...

I don't usually leave reviews, but after multiple disappointing visits to Chicking at Center Square Mall, I felt it was important to share my experience in hopes that it might lead to improvements, or at the very least, help others set their expectations before visiting.

Even when I asked politely about the delay, the staff seemed indifferent and unable to provide any explanation. There was no sense of urgency, and certainly no recognition of the value of the customer's time. What’s worse is that orders are sometimes incomplete, and customers are made to go back and forth just to get what they’ve...
