I recently stayed at pearl palace for two nights and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near key attractions, which made getting around easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with queries.

The room was clean and reasonably sized, with all the basic amenities you would expect from a 3-star hotel. However, the furniture felt slightly outdated, and the mattress could have been more comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, but the room lacked soundproofing, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep due to noise from the hallway.

One of the worst experience I had in this hotel. Rooms are good. But hospitality is not up to the mark. I stayed in this hotel for 2 days. The moment I entered in the hotel I got very good response and proper details for pure veg hotel. Second day evening from 8 pm A/C is not working in my Room I stared complaining about that to hotel staff. Every half an hour ones am telling them to solve the issue and fix my a/c till 11.30 every time one person I'll come and he ill change the settings in a/c remote he ill say it I'll work properly but no use only. After 11.30 if call to reception they will be no response for the call at all. They said all rooms are occupied we don't have any Room to transfer also.* I'll try from our end if it I'll work it's ur luck.* This is what I got a response from staff. Next day morning 9 Am(16/09/2023) they shifted me to other room. After that I need to checkout at 11 Am. While check-out time owner of the property came and ask their staff. He given me 200/- Rs discount for all this nonsense. They staf is least bother to Regret for...

We recently stayed at hotel pearl palace from 14th to 16th Dec, 2024 and we had a terrible experience during the period we were there. Location is around MG road, but the actual location is third class. Staff behaviour was as rude as it could be. Room service is as terrible as an example we asked for a water bottle at night around 10pm and guess what, it was never delivered . Hotel breakfast was third class for all 3 days. They only offered set dosa ( tasted stale) and bread butter with chai. Apart from this, since on the first day we wanted to have a early checkin, they charged more than listed on the internet. However, we were okay since then, but for next 2 days again they charged the same rate.

I request anyone who’s looking for a hotel around MG road in Kochi to look for another hotels. There are other hotels around MG road near this hotel which have better staff...
