Coffee Lounge (Oberon Mall) — Restaurant in Kerala

Very poor customer approach.... The manager himself is impolitely behaving... Si we donno to whom we should tell our grievances...He insisted my 3kids ( 9yr, 7yr, 1 yr) to get out of the shop when they were finishing the last part of their icecream, telling they r not supposed to eat outside 'food' from there...my wife was actually ordering eatables from that shop itself ..and kept my children engaged with the last drop of their ice cream, while she ws away from them finding their menu...Finally my wife had to talk him bak to permit them to complete their icecream.. At the same time he was keep on sending others too including an old man and another lady telling the same impolitely ..... This s quite humiliating....

The next day ( today) i called and asked that man to give me it's owners contact number, but he denied telling he s busy..... So i hav no other option to contact the owner who im sure wud never do this bcoz it wud bring his business down....

So if at all its owner see this, i humbly request u to take an adequate step either to advice or to replace the man who doesn't kno the basics of customer care nor...

If you want to experience the worst customer experience, this is the place to go to. They don’t have clean desks and it will take them ages to clean if you are waiting on one. An old customer before me asked if they had tea, and the service staff behind the counter rudely asked him to check the menu. Another customer wanted a hazelnut coffee, and she was told that they already have too many orders. The staff is so rude, that I would not wish this place...

The most disgusting cappuccino coffee I ever had in my life honestly I can make 100% better coffee at home....milk is not even froth properly and coffee has no flavour just disgusting 🤢🤮 ...really really disappointed...if you care about coffe please don't bother trying it... nothing personal just a very honest openion ....on a scale of 1/10 is what I would give...
