Customer service at Kochi store - Excellent - 5 stars Furniture designs - Excellent - 5 stars Company's HO customer support - 3 stars Comfort level of furniture - Good - 4 stars Ease of assembly of DIY - Not easy - 2 stars ( shoe rack) Quality of product - Very bad - ZERO stars - Based on the quality of cohoon dining table purchased in November last year (Order ID - 558531). Repeated insect infestation issue on the chairs with white powder droppings coming out in various sopts.Eventhough, the Company replaced the chairs (Order ID - 589457), we are again facing the issue in the replaced chair too (even after being attended once by their carpenter) which clearly indicates that the wood used is not treated ones as claimed. Cracks have also started developing in the joints.
Eventhough the Company's products come in mind blowing designs and support is being extended by their Kochi experience store and also the company's Head Office to some extent with follow ups, the unnucessary wastage of time and stress felt due to the repeated quality issue refrains us from recommending the company's products wholeheartedly.
And as ultimately the quality of the product matters most and supercedes all other parameters, we are constrained to restrict our overall rating to 1 stars inspite of good client service
Edit : Thanks for processing the replacement order for the infected chair on 18th June (Order ID 661961). It is more than a month now and becoming increasingly difficult to isolate the insect infected chair from other furniture in our newly furnished flat especially in this monsoon season. Eventhough different delivery periods were assured by the company, latest being delivery will happen in a week or maximum 2 weeks some 10-15 days back, it is noted that the shipment is yet to leave national WH. Even getting updates on order is becoming increasingly difficult day after day and the responsiveness of the Company has also declined.
Now, all these unsolicited hardships is making us think if we made a wrong decision by making this purchase.
Edit : Just within few months of usage, huge gaps have developed in the joints and the same are widening day after day. Also holes are noticed in the joints. Read moreOrdered a pair of White Acosta Lounge Chairs(Artic Diamond) from the store on 18Jan2024. We were informed it would take 45 days to deliver as these were made to order. The chairs were delivered on 14th Feb. However both the chairs had a lot of grime/dirt on them. They didn't look like newly manufactured items but more like used/returned items. We reached out to customer support and they sent a carpenter to resolve the problem. The carpenter upon inspection decided to "lift" the dirt off using cellophane tape there by further damaging the fabric. More back and forth ensued with the customer service representative and they finally initiated a replacement/re-manufacturing request on 29th Feb.
The second set of chairs was delivered on 18th Mar and they too had similar issues( not as bad as the first but still very much visible being white fabric, see last 4 pics). I reached out to the store while the delivery person was still at home and informed the store manager of the situation. He talked to the delivery representative to understand the issue, was sympathetic, and promised that necessary steps would be taken to get the chairs cleaned.
It's been 2 weeks since and after reaching out to both the store and customer service multiple times they have now closed the ticket stating that the delivered product meets WS standard quality. A quick shampoo wash would have resolved this but they decided the close the ticket without a resolution!!
75 days from placing the order and I am stuck with a pair of substandard products worth 33k.Quality control at WS is a Joke!!
I will leave it to other buyers to judge the quality of product based on the pictures attached and the level of service provided.
Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere !!

Read moreI would not order from this place again even if my life was dependant on it. My online experience shopping with them was one of the most harrowing experiences of my life. I had ordered a photo frame on 12th July as birthday present for my friend that was within a fortnight, but later as I called customer care(CC) they told me standard delivery for all products is 5 to 7 weeks. On asking if I could cancel, they said orders once place cannot be cancelled( they have only pre-paid options). what followed was nothing short of a nightmare. On calling on the 30th of July I was told the product would be shipped the next day and reach within a week, but I rejoiced too soon. come next week still no product and when called CC I was told that the product had not been shipped and on telling them abs the earlier call was told rudely that it could not exist. (lets not forget to add waiting time for CC is minimum of 5 min but has gone till 15 min with no one picking up with only the annoying caller tune ringing that will probably continue to haunt me in my nightmares) I sent multiple emails on a daily basis but did not get a reply to even one of them. Finally on 26th august was told that the product had a defect and I had an option to choose to cancel and get a refund or wait for another week. I thankfully chose the refund option and was told it will be credited within 2 to 3 days. I texted them on the live customer chat support asking about the refund which seems to be the only mode that works and was told I will get a call back within a few hours- I never did. but guess what came in the mail today? the photo frame that I had ordered nearly two moths back and had cancelled and was awaiting a refund.
