Nani Hotels and Resorts — Hotel in Kerala

My stay at Nani hotel in Chinnakada Kollam was disappointing. I had stayed for 2 days. Below are my complaints

1. The room intercom was not working. It was fixed once, but again it went out of order. I ended up calling the operator from mobile phone
2. Sometimes the call for room service or the operator is not answered
3. The room is not at all well lit. The lights are positioned incorrectly. I cant believe you did not notice this. When we are facing the mirror the light is positioned at our back. Due to this we are hardly able to see our face.
4. Coming to the most disappointing experience of it all. On the day of checkout the hotel staff reminded me that the checkout time is 12 PM. I requested a leeway of 2 hours since some of family members who way were supposed to meet me at the hotel were running a bit late. 1 hour later the staff comes again and reminding me of vacating saying that another guest is waiting to occupy the room. Finally I had to pack up all my luggage and had to wait in the hotel lobby. During that time I never saw any guest arriving for the room.

Had another good stay at Nani. It was a short business trip and therefore had a few local visits to make. I was given a helpline service number to call for any service required at the time of check. The intercom in the room was also available. The Toyota Innova from the hotel was a boon. The driver knew all the places I wanted to go. Air conditioning, self service tea/coffee in the room, hot water shower and compact but very clean, well laid out bathroom made the my short visit a most comfortable one. I ordered my dinner from a busy restaurant in the city. The staff at the hotel made sure to follow up with delivery and provided service in the comfort of my room. Oh please ask around in other hotels if you don't know what 24 hour check in means. And you are telling me that I liked the room after seeing it? Is that why we didn't even care to return to the reception and went straight back after seeing the room? And irrespective of having an attitude y'all lie as well. And for your kind information, with an amazing view we have found a fantastic stay within Kollam, and we have made 3 days booking as well. Their rooms are in a rate of 2500-3000 which I think is completely understandable. And more than anything their staffs are polite. We got a room according to our requirements for the same day we asked you for. And for your own sake and for the customers sake lose some attitude lady, and treat everyone well so that the hotel...
