Pandari's Biriyani — Restaurant in Kerala

One of the best biriyani in town. Recommended for biriyani lovers. I found this biriyani to a bit different from normal biriyanis. First of all, i found it to be less oily. Eventhough it doesnt have too much of masala in it, the long grain rice is very flavourful. Chicken biriyani is highly remarkable. The chicken is fried, still it is very easy to squeeze without any effort. Chicken was very soft and succulent. In case of beef biriyani, it is same in case of masala and rice, beef is cooked to perfection and is very soft, which can be squeezed without any effort. Found fish biriyani to be a normal biriyani one and didnt feel like much to tell. Parking will be mess as the road is too narrow and i am not sure whether they have any dedicated parking. Currently they only have take away services as in the view of the ongoing pandemic. As final word, i surely recommend this for all biriyani lovers as it is a very nice biriyani and i liked it personally. But if u are a person who love too much masala in your biriyani. As the name implies the place specialise in serving biryani. The place is a definite a must visit for the biryani lovers. The parking is a bit problematic for the customer as the hotel is placed in a narrow street with traffic coming from both the direction. There are options to dine in and take away. The hotel takes bulk order were you could bring your own container to pick up the food. The hotel by itself is not much to look at visually but it's simple the quality of the food they are serving consistently that makes up for it and helping it achieve a place in the hearts of the once that have visited the hotel. I would recommend finding a parking spot well in advance in order to avoid the hassle in traffic. I prefer parking the vehicle somewhere else and walking my way towards the hotel. The hotel also has reputable standard for take aways and delivering the food. The downside is the rush and the hotel itself is kind of small while the traffic shows no mercy around the establishment. Visited this restaurant seeing it as the tastiest biriyani at Ernakulam

It is a small restaurant chicken Biriyani costs 130 and Mutton biriyani is about 250 ( januaryn2022 ). Had mutton biriyani It was disappointing to see just two small pieces of mutton bones for Rs 250 . Chicken biriyani found to be better there as the price is minimal and I could see some mass of chicken in every serving . Rice quality was very good ( long grained basmati which is costlier ) masala taste is good . Taste of the biriyani was just ok . But no way it is the No 1 at Ernakulam
