Down Town | Abad Metro — Restaurant in Kerala

Food was below average. Nothing special. I have tried the breakfast and lunch. Both were not up to the mark. The service is so poor and the staffs are so arrogant, that if you ask them to bring some thing, he will show a bad face and then go inside the kitchen and wont return for next 15 minutes. The only thing i found interesting here was a guy who just arranges the cutlery's with so perfection. Even the hotel staffs are have the same attitude. As the food was not to my taste i ordered food from zomato. When the food got delivered, i requested the reception staff to send it to my room. Down Town restaurant is a part of Abad Metro Hotel. Down Town restaurant is closed for the time being due to the hotel Abad Metro is operating only for Quarantine guests now. Absolutely loved the place. We visited there for lunch post lunch period. The person who served us food offered us puttu. A traditional keralian dish people eat for breakfast at post lunch. Thank you so much for that. Loved the dish. Along with it we had pakora and tea. It's was delicious. Along with all these he gave us itinerary of Abad resorts all around Kerala. It was awesome.
