KRISHNA INN, GURUVAYOOR (Star Hotel) — Hotel in Kerala

The hotel location is great and the huge reception lobby makes anyone appealing . The premium deluxe rooms are definitely spacious. But as a remark , the room paints are degrading which makes it look like an ordinary room and rooms does require maintenance. The front reception luggage assistance guy is really cordial and welcoming so is the reception staffs, but certain reception staffs require some level of grooming on how to interact with customers.Thats the point where any customer do the primary rating. To add on , extra bed provided guy was just not so friendly , not even bothered to interact pleasant. And I requested booked rooms to be near to each other but they provided rooms on two extreme ends. I really dont understand what did that reception guy did or was it purposely. Didnt even shown the courtesy to tell whats the reason for that allocation. Pathetic and disrespectful it was, top management should remind him his duties or put some other smart people. Very sorry to say as I never expected this.Hotels of this standard should monitor these aspects. The breakfast was of high quality so is the room service quality, they call and make sure if the food is required or not. Overall stay was fine, but considering the price quote they should also focus on each aspect to deliver better standards and always be in the good rating scale atleast in the booking sites available as there are numerous...

Had a 3 night stay ( 3 rooms booked at this hotel and here are my feedback The Hotel is a old hotel but renovated recently and they have done a good job Room : The room provided was clean and the AC was working well ( though the Ac control was of a very old type of Regulator switch ) and it was good. One of the room was smelly but the reception team were spontaneous and changed our room ( though they need to fix that smelly issue). Hot water was available round the clock and towels were very neat

Reception : The onboarding was seamless and as well the people were very very courteous

Restaurant : It was a small restaurant but was not too full when we went and had a decent menu. Infact the taste was good ( except that the chutney was chilled ) . The staff in the restaurant was very very helpful and courteous.they could add some more menu to the dinner and lunch

Room service : was quick and got what i wanted

Place : Very near to the temple and i would say one of the better hotels near to the temple ( you can just walk to the temple main entrance in about 7 mins )

Overall : Would rate high about this hotel though a tad costly but was quite nice and cosy to stay

My favorite place that I like to spend time in on a regular and continuous basis and I do not tired to go to it at all is the shop that my father owns.

I am very happy to go and help my father with work, organization and cleaning. After that, I receive buyers, deal with them and serve them. This makes me feel very happy and confident.

My father works in a trade of (type a trade name). I love this trade very much and I like to choose some of the commodities that I have to order and search on the Internet for the required commodities and tell my father about them.

I am very happy if my analysis was correct and there is a great demand for one of the products and my father was able to benefit from my help.

I would very much like to work permanently in this trade and expand and enlarge it when I grow up. But now I enjoy a lot of my time with the help of my father and gain some skills and experience in addition to the confidence in dealing and communicating with others.

I feel this is a great opportunity to work in the market and be able to treat everyone. This breaks the dread inside me since I was young and gives me a lot of experience that will greatly benefit me...
