There is no denial - She is probably one of the best in Kerala . And she promptly delivered dessert table treats for my niece s baptism which was beautiful. For the same reason I placed order with Bhavana and paid 50 % in advance for my son’s baptism. Again the day before the event , I confirmed with her on the delivery and she assured. But on the day, because of miscommunication with the delivery guy , the cake and other desserts were not delivered . It is frustrating and sad that they messed up on the delivery. Probably I am just another customer for Bhavana but for me the event was something that happened once in a bloom.
