Gave my HP printer for repairs ( black ink cartridge was not working). They kept for one week and after repeated follow up, they returned it saying that it will work but I have to buy a new ink cartridge as the one given with the printer is faulty. The new cartridge given to them was returned only after I found that they returned the printer with their test cartridge. They don’t have even a new cartridge for sale in their shop with which they could show that the printer will work. I was prepared to pay for a new cartridge if they could make it work, but they were not confident. Only relief is that they didn’t charge me for all these suffering. Totally non professional. I bought laptop on dec 2020.... now its almost 1 year and 2 months.... lap is toooo slow... not even youtube is opening... i have high speed unlimited internet still its showing loading loading and getting stucked.... may b they may change original things from our lap.... while buying lap they take the lap and go to their room and said to us that wait for a hour we hav to install some imprtnt things... and we beleive and wait.. worst experience.... around 40k+ amount i have paid... worst than worst..... i dnt think so this is original lap.... dnt buy laptops on here... i will suggest buy lap from lulu mall....now battery is also not working... original lap 3years used and battery not working did u guys seriously beleive this????? Too poor service. I have given a laptop for service to replace display and key board. After service I have paid more than 10000 rs. But I am not able ti work on this lap, since the whole key board is shaking when I am typing and the speaker sound also gone. Speaker was working properly but after service sound is too low and not able to hear properly. Very bad . It is really ridiculous to take this much amount of money and not doing the work properly. Really shame on hp company. Cant believe even company service centre. Too bad service . Dont believe them. After contacting them they are telling this is what they can do. Dont approach this service centre any more. You will lose...
