Gave my rc formula 1 car for battery change(my intention was only to change with the same size battery )and what they did is they cut out the battery holder section in the car in order to fit the inappropriate over sized battery without my consent and gave it back to me.IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT REPLACEMENT PART YOU SHOULD MENTION THAT TO THE CUSTOMER NOT FIT SOME BLOODY INAPPROPRIATE SPARE AND LOOT THE CUSTOMER.When i asked him why the battery section is bulged he says he put over sized battery but still I wasn’t aware he had cut out the battery holder without my consent.car did work for 5 secs and gave back and i assumed it is fine and took it home to find out that it works for 5 or 10 secs and stop.I removed the car panel myself and found that this guy had ridiculously opened and cut out the battery holder and put a oversized battery.Then I again gave it back to him and the owner recklessly and rudely saying this is not his only work and will resolve in 1 week.That made me pissed off and right away i went back to the shop and asked him to return it and told him that there are plenty of shops here to repair the RC toys .He was not ready to refund the money initially over the phone then i shouted at for their negligence and rude behaviour to me ,asked him why the hell has he cut out the battery holder,he had no answers to my question and I got my refund.They have the audacity to put a bigger oversized inappropriate battery by cutting out and damaging the battery holder section without informing the customer and since i opened the car myself out i was able to find or else they would easily deceive the customer.I said goodbye to the shop and will never ever come there.If you are clever enough you will be able to find the malpractices which they perform inside the device or else they will somehow bluff you and take your money.Dont assume you are the only electronic dealers or repair centres in Kochi,that would be only an assumption which you could make 50 years back ,now there are plenty of excellent well versed dealers here who at least have “respect” for customer. Are u tired of finding any rare accessory/connector..Whatever....This is the best place in town. When I was in search for an outdated converter cable for my Mac book pro (DP to VGA), couldn't find anywhere but these guys easily pulled it out from their amazing stock , and of different brand options!!! 😳😳 How something which is rare can be found in so many varieties, under a single roof, while we were expecting atleast one in a dusty old pack 😄 in some dark corner of any shop....These guys have a very well updated collection 😍 i bet... Nicely lit place with street parking. If u are in two wheeler it would be fine...Still you can park one or two cars in the sideways no issues. Very friendly and committed staff make shopping a breeze here.. They have a solution for everything. Even if it's not in stock, they will get it for u in no time...I'm waiting for my USB 3.0 PC Switch (which is very very hard to find in India). But they assured me that it will be delivered by next week and now I know they will (that too the same brand i asked for) !!!👍

You don't have to roam anywhere else in kochi for anything related to cables,connectors and electronic accessories. RX is one destination you can reach through straight main road without any tricky turns and...

I would've given 4, considering the options that one can find here. But everything is pricey(as per my experience). Recently I went to buy a HDD case, they have stamped a price on every product. They claim that they r not open for bargaining, as they've fixed the lowest price possible on each product. But the price was way above the one mentioned in the product's official website, (infact it was 500Rs above than the original 1350Rs price tag on the website). Before this, I went to buy a KVM switch, the man with the big mouth on the counter made me believe that the one available with them would work, but it didn't seem to, as the product was not meant for that, they did give me the refund but it seems that this man just sugar coats everything to make the customers buy the product and doesn't really have much knowledge about things.
