Abysmal online customer service - No response after contacting several times on instagram and what's app for 5 weeks in a row. Can it get worse than this ?. ADDED after reading response from the owner : Our what's app shows that you have read all of the texts - and after my last reply to your greeting you did not even bother to acknowledge let alone reply which is very disappointing. We contacted on Instagram too with the same handle - but you did not answer the question correctly nor asked for clarifications nor showed an interest asking - what time can we call ?
