There's no place like home!! 3rd Floor Rooftop review.

This is my go to place to chill with the guys over a couple of beers. Been coming here since as long as I can remember.

Pros Wide variety of beer, wine and soft drinks available but no hard liquor. (smokes available as well) Amazing side dishes and main courses (Braised Pork/Chicken is highly recommended) Very friendly waiters. Shout out to their incredible service and wit! They have 3 TVs and a projector showing music videos, movies, news, sports matches, you name it! Two toilets and two additional wash basins with liquid soap dispernsers to keep you fresh. Of late, the place has become quite popular with the ladies as well :) To be on the safe side, please gauge the crowd before you down your beers screaming and gargling. Not generalising, just saying. The sides are covered with roll-up bamboo/cane blinds. It's really fun to be here on a rainy day. Ashtrays on every table so light 'em if you got . They may randomly check IDs so please stick to the soda if you're underage. I've seen enough kids get kicked out after they got caught and it's embarrassing for all of us. They accept cash and card.

Cons Your food/side orders may be slightly delayed from time to time because the kitchen is about 2 floors down. Parking is a bit turd especially if you're on two wheelers. It is congested and you cannot expect drunk people to be the most skilled drivers who definitely wont scrape the paint off the sides of your motorcycle when they take their's out of parking. It hurts; please drink responsibly :( No complementary snacks with your beers :'( Dear drunk drivers, there's always police jeeps checking on people by the petrol pump nearby towards Kalloor side. Just saying :)

All said and done, I love this place and I always have. I'd happily recommend it to anyone...

This place is a gem and has its own legacy.. I have been travelling to Ernakulam for ages but I discovered this place very late and that too thru a newspaper article which spoke abt its history, their signature dishes and the staff that has been working there for years. So i decided to try.....roof top bar is great....and the food.OMG.i have never been dissapointed with any dish that i have ordrd. I stay here often while I transit thru Ekm just to chill out and catch up with my friends. Rooms are avg but that will do for me as i go there for the food. One quick drink at the bar with peanut masala and egg burgi..and later i have more in the room and try out diff dishes.. place is usually packed in the evening...5 stars for the cooks and the lovely staff!! I am volga fan...
