Just went for an inquiry regarding Acer Aspire 7. Was pretty impressed by the over smart staff. He was not interested in sales, instead was in a hurry to shoo me.

The highly expert staff got irked by my query when he heard "How much would be Acer Aspire 7, 24 GB cost.. "? Laptop production has stopped 2 years ago and also said it will be available only online.. I'm not sure how a production stopped model available online.. 😁😁

He started to school me there won't be 24 GB RAM as it will be only 16,32 etc.. Moment he made the two statements I concluded he is oblivious in the tech market..

My beloved Sales Staff, I do System Design for Passion.. 😎.. I know if I ask u why and what is 1.44 GHz mentioned in Processor your confidence will get grovelled.

Next time, when somebody comes to your store be gentle with people especially men, because I saw u acting well before a lady customer when I was there.

If you are clueless about something, it's OK. But acting smart will make u a fool in front of others..

[Addendum on 19-July-2025, as a reply to the owner] Sir, I'm glad you noticed my grievances and replied. I may wish not to pursue it further, due to paucity of time and other professional, personal commitments. I have made decision to purchase the Acer Aspire 7 or higher version from a different store.

Let me remind you Sir, the sales guy in your store without any blink of an eye mentioned the laptop which I asked has stop its production 2 years before. He dint bothered to check whether the stock is valid or not. And the way he answered had a smack of arrogance, which is not suited for a Sales staff.

In addition to that,because of his snobbish attitude, you lost not just my order but 4 more of my friends who were planning to upgrade their Business...

I had given my Acer Laptop for servicing. I was informed that my laptop servicing is done. Since then I have been trying to contact the technician. But he is not responding to my calls. I went to the showroom today evening and he was not there. In whatsapp he sometimes do respond, one day he said he is at the hospital, the other day he said he will be available in the showroom only in the morning, or whatever. Just some random stories.... But I need my laptop within a week, i am shifting to Bangalore. I cannot extend this any further. Give my laptop back for...

I wanted to purchase a Mid ranged laptop for my sister. Went almost every famous electronic shop's in Ernakulam and came here too. The customer service was the top notch. The way they handled customers is highly appreciated.

That day, two of their staffs were on leave due to sime Covid issue, still with limited number of employees they handled the work really great.

Comparing the price with other shops in the town, I got it for the best price and some additional...
