HFC (Hilltop Fried Chicken) — Restaurant in Kodaikanal

I have been a regular visitor to this place and have usually had a good experience. However, during my recent visit, I was very disappointed with the service provided by Mr. Mani, who took my order. He was extremely rude while taking the order and showed no courtesy in communication. Additionally, my order was incomplete — I ordered 2 chicken items but was given only 1. When I requested ketchup, it was not provided initially, and when I asked the staff again, they reacted angrily, which was completely unprofessional. While the rest of the orders were fine, this experience left me dissatisfied. I hope the management addresses this issue to maintain the quality and hospitality I have come to expect...

Usual fried chicken center. There are 2 HFCs at Kodaikanal, one at bazar road and other near the lake (bigger with parking space). We had food frm smaller one. Moderate price. Tastes like kfc. Not oily. Slow service. Not very clean. Finding parking space is a tiring business here. But since Bazar road is one of the very lively streets in Kodaikanal, it's better to park somewhere else and visit HFC while taking a walk here. HFC - Hilltop Fried Chicken is a fastfood restaurant like KFC. the dishes and the combination (Chicken, fries softdrink) is almost similart to the fastfood chain KFC.
