Sapphire one way restaurant — Restaurant in Kodaikanal

I would suggest ppl should never visit this place. The manager is such misbehaving. I saw a helpless couple just was requesting to use the washroom, but the dont have any humanity, even the guy request to pay, but the staff denied, this is global hotel ethics but they should learn that first before opening hotel

For the hotel to learn,

Section 7(2) of Indian The Sarais Act 1867 states, “The keeper of a sarai shall be bound at all times when required by any Magistrate or any other person duly authorised by the Magistrate of the District in his behalf, to give him free access to the sarai and allow him to inspect the same or any part thereof”.

The clause "free access" above is interpreted as anyone can ask for water or use of washroom...

Never seen such a rude and unprofessional staff. We would be fine even if you won't be able to provide good service, but please learn to respect...
