Positives: Food was fresh Ambience was good

Cons: Arif, the cashier/manager of this place has a lot of miscommunication problems, attitude problems and religiously misguides people. We had ordered smoked chicken garlic bread. While ordering he asked whether we would like to have cheese. We clearly said ''no''. Then he started telling us that the preparation will already have cheese. So we reluctantly said "ok". But when the dish came, we could clearly make out that the cheese was put "extra" on the garlic bread. When we went to him, he started saying that we had ordered for the "extra" cheese. This is so not done. I mean, why would he misguide us and make the bill heavy?? Is this how the staffs are trained? This is so unprofessional. He should be well trained and should be very clear with his communication and should not be going around misguiding people just to get that extra Rs. 120 extra. He could have mentioned that it will be topped with extra cheese That's it. So disgusting. Arif was not wearing mask The girl (name not known) didn't give us any sugar. When asked, she asked how many do we want and was so not interested in giving us sugar and tissue paper. Is this the way to run a store at a premium location like this?

Visited yesterday 1/8/20 with family. Total experience was not upto the mark. Firstly delaying of taking order then serving after prolong time. Since we are not a regular CCD customer they took the advantage and suggest us the over priced menu for all the categories. First in snacks and then large coffees. While medium coffee is enough for a person. They served us the coffees which are actually not proper hot and also dull. I feel very bad of getting there with my family. CCD,s brand image can't be scrutinized by that kind of unprofessional employees. Upper management do something at your earliest. I personally not go to any CCD corner further and also recommend to my friends and relatives until I can see a massive changes to their...

Very much disappointed this time. Ordered devil's own but the same person/s took the order today. They are seniors and know how the making of it very very well. They forgot to give chocolate sauce into it, icecream but they charged same as they usually did. Why we will at all pay for such a disappointing service and the main part we did dislike too is when we had approached them they are avoiding to listen the grievance and disrespecting us who are the old customers who came several times so casually and easily... That's also where they are lacking too in behaviour .

Decided not to go to lake view road...
