this is the worst CCD ever i have ever been. 1. no waiters come to get the order even one waitress saw and greeted when i went inside. so i had to go to the counter and ask them to come. 2. the workers were chatting so loudly. obviously their duty is to serve customers. but instead of this, they just keep chatting and dont listen to the customer. 3. one waitress insisted me to pay for one item which i cancelled when ordering. i refused to pay for it but according to her, since it's already ordered in the machine and the item is ready, she can't cancel. Though she apologized, she should have listened much carefully and confirm the order. it was really annoying. 4. there are a few charging points. and when i was looking for it, they suggested me one. but that area was too cold for me so i told them that im going to another corner. eventually the charging point i went for was broken. when i told that its not working, they told me that they knew that its broken but still they didnt tell me. why? so i had to move places 3 times. it is really sad that this CCD has such waitresses even though the location and ambiance are good and separated smoking seats is really good point of this CCD. im not gonna...

I'm forced to write a negative feedback this time. I have been here in the past and it was much better then. The service is slow. Especially when you have pre-made ingredients all you have is to assemble and heat the sandwich. Filter coffee was cold. Iced mocha was icy- full of ice that melted so quickly that the drink turned watery. Asked for a smoked chicken sandwich and got a tandoori chicken sandwich. It was changed afterwards. Air conditioning was not working. Upon hearing another customers complaint found the AC has not been cooking for 2 weeks now. The bill printout was blurry. Could not read the print. This franchisee is doing a terrible job at maintaining this place. Finally if all seats are occupied for hours for just random public meetings, what will occasional cafe hoppers do? This particular CCD outlet should be avoided. I have been there a few times, the last being during durga puja last week and the whole experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the music was hardly befitting a coffee shop. With loud bollywood dance tracks playing in the background, everyone had to shout over the music to get themselves heard. Still that is a subjective thing. Perhaps there are people who like that sort of ambience so I shall leave that aside. However what was really annoying was the fact that the staff messed up the order and charged us for things we didn't ask for. And this was something not unique to us.
