Cafe:Plot 15 — Restaurant in Kolkata

A sudden plan - just one call - friends gather from house and work (I am super lucky and blessed to have such amazing people in my life😍) to the reporting venue - ofcourse, where else but an eatery!! 😅

Dropped in to this beautiful cafe (five minute walk from Jadavpur 8B bustand) almost after a year and was suitably impressed to say the least..

#HotChocolate was sweet & thick - just like I love it..

#ChickenAlexander was delicious - grilled chicken smothered in cheese served with sauteed veggies and garlic bread - this one serves to be a meal by itself..

#FishFlorentine - it rarely happens that I find a fish delicacy more overwhelming than chicken but guess what - that was exactly how it panned out that night - this continental fish preparation was yummy to the power of infinity - fish and cheese baked to perfection.. Certainly, one of the best continental fish delicacies you can find in town..

#CaramelCustard was genuinely a foodgasmic experience - a perfectly made dessert to end a gastronomically delightful dinner on a high..

You were dearly missed dear Manisha di but we were taken good care of.. Most importantly, the food was excellent - will certainly not take another year to come back for my third visit 😅🙏..

This cafe is located in the Bylanes of jadavpur, not very far from 8B. The ambience of the place is quite good with enough space for accommodation as well as comfortable seating. There are quite a few books kept for customers to read. ❤️

Service of this place was the most disappointing aspect. The staff were not trained enough and had no idea about the menu. The service was very slow too. It took them more than 40 mints to serve us.

Coming to food, we tried :

1⃣ PERI PERI PIZZA : The pizza had enough topping and it tasted quite good too. The only downside being that the crust was too thick.

2⃣ CHICKEN LASAGNE - This was pretty good. Very cheesy and the chicken was nicely seasoned. The pasta quantity though was less. ( only a single layer of sheet pasta)

3⃣ CHOCOLATE SHAKE - The presentation here was great, but the shake was too thin. It tasted more like only milk with chocolate flavour. Expected it to be thicker.

Visited this cafe last weekend. Located near 8b bus stand. This cafe is located in the lane of Lokenath Paper House, near Gladiator Fitness Studio.

Ambience is good. There are seating arrangements both for smaller and larger groups.

Coming to the food I've tried the Oreo Shake, Mango Shake, Chicken Grilled Sandwich , Crispy Chicken Wings and Brownie with Chocolate.

Oreo Shake and Mango Shake quite ordinary in taste. ( 2.5 / 5 )

Grilled Sandwich I personally liked it. ( 4/5 ) Special mention to the fries which accompanied it - it was fresh , hot and crispy and was perfectly seasoned. Loved it.

Crispy Chicken Wings not up to the mark. The wings are oily , saucy. Like seriously?? ( 2 / 5 )

Chocolate Brownie - This was a bad option in desserts. Oh God!! ( No points Sorry!! )

Overall, had high expectations from this cafe. Not sure of a second visit. Tip: I would like them to concentrate more on the taste and quality...
